Ulasan Hula Hula Resort, Ao Nang -Sha Extra Plus

Not a good place for couples.. I have booked Deluxe room with sea view( so their is no such things ) later I complained about this so they compensate and give me pool side view, but still the room are pretty old school not very much cleaned, the wood interior in the room is very old from that have many small insect , The staff is very rude here maybe because of language issues, I had flight at 9 o’clock in the morning so one night before I informed if I can get early breakfast so they already accepted and ask me to come at 5:15 am in the morning, I came here for the breakfast they gave me 2 bread and water in one bag 😅 Not at all satisfied with this resort.

The rooms were immaculate, tidy, and inviting. However, the customer service left much to be desired. From the receptionists to the waitstaff (with the exception of two Burmese girls), there was an air of discontent that made interactions uncomfortable. Their service was subpar, and I felt hesitant to even approach them for assistance or to place an order. It seems the hotel is understaffed, leaving the existing staff overwhelmed and unable to provide good service.

Hotel Dan kolam cantik. The old women at the kaunter not friendly and rude. Masa nak check in terpaksa tambah 200bhat semalam sebab pihak hotel maklum anak seorang saja free. Kalau ampa ada 4 anak,kena bayar lagi 3 anak 200 Bhat seorang pernite.

Good staying , good breakfast have vegetarian options also and affordable price ,

A decent resort a lil far from beach Rooms lil old Not a lot of vegatarian option Cappuccino not included in breakfast they can add that Decent stay

It was one of the nicest swimming pools I've been in Thailand. Large comfy bed Just wish they had a better breakfast for Americans Not much of a variety.

Not to be repeated. Not such a nice experience When we arrived and checked into our villa, the room was really dirty, smelled of mould and the toilet seemed to have piss on the floor. We had to complain and luckily we were moved to a better clean villa. The pool is ok, but is tucked between the building block and the hill, so gets almost no sun all day. The overall facilities are not well maintained, the food in the restaurant is not good, the breakfast so so... The staff are not very friendly and their service is poor.

Nothing great and simple breadfast daily Not a new hotel

We always have last minute decision when to come Krabi. The only hotel that we looked up is Hula Hula as the price reasonable and my kids love the pool Huge KIng bed is extra to accommodate my fam and big enough for us.

Exactly like how it is in the photos. A very nice place. Will definitely repeat again.

Great pool and service, extended our night hear. Also very clean! With a convienient free shuttle bus to main town never hour or so.

Nice Environment..Nice Location Stuff are very helpful..highly recommend
