This we felt veg option food menu is very less and repetitive. Restaurant service manager forgot my main course order in time . Average food taste.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

숙박하면서 불편한점 없이 잘 묵다 갑니다
출장다니면서 다녔던 숙소중에 굉장히 괜찮았던거 같아요

Twin bed for single person, despite requested for double bed. Clogged whole drain, broken toilet seat soils spoon in tea maker are few to mention. Called reception to change room but no rooms available. Food was good service in the restaurant was good. Ankita in the restaurant was very good

Exceptional stay! The hotel's comftable rooms, impeccable service, and delicious meals exceeded expectations. Conveniently located near the Airport and Narendra Modi Stadium, it's perfect for exploring. Friendly staff, specially Ankita,Nitin,Suraj and Sneha. Its a relaxing ambiance, made our visit truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

My hotel room was quiet, very clean and comfortable, especially the bed and its linens. They were actually exquisite. The type normally only found in five-star hotels around the world. I am fortunate that my work has me to be traveling the globe for over five decades. Ankita and Sanchobeni in one of two dining rooms ***** with the rest of the staff were especially helpful as I have some dietary requirements for my health. This was no problem for them, very Easy-peezy! While i almost nver write reviews, i was compelled to write this because this hotel is a lot more than just convenient, the staff makes all the difference. I have run two global companies and have learned how hard it is to run an organization with operational excellence. It's quite a challenge and it starts at the top. While I only met but a few of the front-line staff at Ummed, I know the mid and top levels are top shelf too because they create and maintain the standard for the entire organization. Saying my experience at Ummed was a 5 out of 5 does not fully capture or adequately express the value to it has been to me, sort of like words alone are not enough. Thanks Ummed and to just two of its best, Ankita (her written words cannot be erased) and Sanchobeni (been saved). I wish the best for them and while this review may fade away over time what each of these two staff members represent never goes out of style and from which makes our world bright.

The pillow are very fluffiest and I enjoy to sleep. And staff are so nice as her name Ankita. The food is really very good like chicken butter masala . I also tried chicken tikka which h really testy . Staff behavior is very good and they are very attentive

We were disappointed with the condition of the bathroom, there was no hot water, open drain in bath and sink, condition of the bath. And general cleanliness of bathroom, tea area and room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Lack of toiletries in bathroom and hygiene of tea area and packets of tea coffee etc Only one bath towel for 2 guest and no hand towels or face towels No bath robes and only one sleepers No spare toilet rolls either. Basically once previous guest checks out they just make the bed and remove used towels etc and do not replenish Items used including water bottles or thoroughly clean the room. Most staff very helpful and courteous and friendly. However some staff didn’t understand us in English Gujarati or Hindi they just stare at you. Food was okay. We only booked because of the location near the airport.

The Kesar Restaurant has very good food. Ms. Sneha is very sweet and polite person. We had a great time and enjoyed tasty food.

Comfortable room and decent breakfast. Needs the upgrade and refurbishment which I believe is ongoing. Location is great and post refurbishment should be an excellent option for business travellers

Very nice hotel with cozy and relaxing ambience. Friendly and courteous staff, Prapti , Ngiandan and Deepak who made my stay excellent and offfering a complimentary ride to the airport. The evening at the restaurant Kesar was awesome thanks to the friendly staff.
