Hotel yang bagus dengan staf yang luar biasa. Sarapan sangat baik. Saya sangat merekomendasikannya. Terima kasih atas akomodasi Anda.

Karyawan meja depan yang sangat membantu. Memberi saran bagus untuk restoran dan situs di pulau itu. Mereka bahkan menelepon sebuah situs untuk memastikan mereka buka pada hari libur nasional ketika sebagian besar tempat tutup. Restoran memiliki banyak pilihan pilihan makanan pada sarapan dan makan malam prasmanan mereka. Kami memesan Ala carte saat makan malam dan makanannya panas dan baru disiapkan. Tidak banyak rempah-rempah, tapi beraroma tidak kurang. Lokasi agak jauh dari pusat kota dan tidak memiliki pemandangan laut. Kamar yang sangat bersih dan permintaan khusus ditangani dengan cepat.

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

Very nice hotel. The front desk arranged to get my room earlier than 3pm. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. Everyone speaks English. Comfy bed. Burgers at the bar was delicious and breakfast was great. Close to shops, supermarket, gas station and cafe making it a prime location for my first time in Ponta Delgada. It was just a stopover but wish I stayed longer.

Very modern and clean hotel

O Hotel é bastante simpático e bastante central. As únicas coisas menos boas no meu entender foram: parqueamento de 9€ para quem está hospedado no hotel, acho indecente, e o ginásio também é algo fraco para quem gosta de fazer alguns treinos. Fora isto, foi uma boa experiência.

非常好的一次入住體驗，酒店設施很新四星級實至名歸。到老城區要走幾分鐘不過也是在非常方便的範圍內，而且正是因為不在老城區裏開車停車很方便。性價比很高。早餐比較一般，選擇不少麪包不錯但是沒什麼實在的肉類。

A localização é boa, bastante central o atendimento foi bom. O pequeno almoco podia ser melhorado nas quantidades de elementos para por no pão o que nos deram era insuficiente para duas pessoas e os cereais de pequeno almoco deviam ser algo como aveia e granola em vez de chocapic e estrelitas. No geral considero que tem uma boa qualidade preco.

Hotel bem localizado, com fácil acesso a pé ao centro da cidade. Estacionamento pago, contudo na rua encontra-se facilmente estacionamento gratuito. Bom pequeno almoço, com produtos de qualidade exceto os doces, que tem pouca variedade e não são caseiros. Capuccino frio, fraco e muito demorado (apesar de ser feito a pedido). Bom spa.

Bueno desayuno.

Hôtel moderne, bien équipé proche du centre . La piscine est un plus.

Facts during our stay: - AC made very loud banging sound in our room and we had to move late in the evening to another room - yoga class which was publicized in the elevator was cancelled without notice. I arranged my plans around this and ended up wasting my morning due to this. - breakfast spread was quite nice and the dining room staffs were friendly and helpful.

Hotel rooms are worth the money but the hotel itself is a tourist trap, the restaurant is overpriced and the food quality isn’t up to snuff. They make you buy swimming caps to use the pool. 9 euros a day for parking. The bike rentals are very expensive. Even the soap in the shower seemed watered down. The sauna was not hot enough, warm at best, the hot tub literally had cold water coming out of the jets, and the Turkish bath was so stinky.
