One of the best experiences in my life. The view from the windows is incredible. Kaiseki dinner was awesome (requires booking in advance, though). Modern yet real onsen. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only problem: bad private bath condition. But nothing critical.

Very nice and cosy ryokan with beautiful interiors, perfect personnel service and onsen. Private bath was great. Also we liked bath with hot water on the balcony in a room. Good location in Arima.

Enjoy the whole journey at the hotel. Staff are very nice and they provide transport service to pick you up from or to bus station when you check-in or check-out. The hotspring is very good especially the outdoor one. The Japanese style room provides wonderful experience. The meals are incredible.

Luxurious ryokan, two onsen inside the hotel on the mountain, beauty. Breakfast and dinner are divine, be sure to book. The ryokan is ancient, you can find yourself in the Edo era. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for relaxation.

Excellent personalized customer services! Staff members welcomed us at the front entrance and showed us the main facilities. They offered travel advice and helped us to book bus tickets. The dining arrangement and food quality were beyond our expectation. It was a very pleasant experience.
