Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good although I prefer the buffet style breakfast. Free parking.

Stayed here for 5 nights whilst waiting to move. Helia on reception was super friendly and organised our booking when I had to change the dates.She made sure we had a king-size bed as requested. The bed was extremely comfortable with the best pillows ever ! The room was very spacious and quiet, no traffic noise. We were very pleased that we had a bath aswell as a shower. All housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Dining experience, the breakfast was OK but the waiting time of 40 mins on the first day was a ridiculous. Our first evening meal on the other hand was excellent! We had 25% off and I opted for the fillet steak, cooked by Chef Josh was one of the best fillets I ever had , cooked to perfection. My husband had half a chicken with honey and mustard sauce which he also thoroughly enjoyed. The service from Nyvasha was 1st class 👏 she couldn't do enough for you . Not forgetting Shaun who is the pot washer was very friendly and polite. All in all fabulous meal and service 🥰

I visited this hotel for business travel, Helia made sure I was satisfied with my room and made up a 2nd bed for me after I booked a single room accidentally, she was great help. Parking on the site is great, no problems with putting in our registration and the staff offered to help with anything else.

Lovely staff and comfortable rooms, especially Bev, who was friendly, kind, and efficient. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need, Bev even brought an ironing board and iron to my room so I could iron my outfit as I was attending a funeral. She didn't iron it for me, which would've been a bonus! Haha. Attached to a pub with a free carpark for guests, although the bar shut up really early, which was a shame. Have stayed here many times, and will certainly use it again when next in the area. Thanks Bev, see you next time.

The room was fine, quiet and well-equipped, but what spoilt the overnight stay was the awful stench coming off the shower curtain, half-way down and more noticeable when the curtain was wet. The aroma pervaded the bathroom for quite some time.

I stayed here recently with my family for a relatives birthday, we arrived for early check in however the room wasn’t ready but the person on reception spoke to housekeeping and managed to get a room sorted for us within 10 minutes while we sat and had a drink in the attached pub. Throughout our stay we received excellent customer service from all receptionists and housekeepers we interacted with. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the room and we never had any issues with noise even for it being a weekend which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again when visiting family.

Staff friendly, from check-in to leaving the staff were great. Room was spotlessly clean, all the amenities you would expect at a premier inn. Plenty of car parking spaces available and location on the main road through Stockport, so ideally located.
