I brought my family to Japan for the Spring Festival and stayed there for 5 consecutive days. The room was very comfortable and clean, and transportation, shopping and travel were very convenient. The landlord was very enthusiastic and contacted us in advance about the check-in. He also gave us travel guides and exquisite gifts. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience.

All my expectations were exceeded. It's difficult to express in words how amazing our stay was. The staff are the best - genuinely friendly and went out of their ways to help us with a luggage issue. The rooms are well appointed, cosy and elegant and the location is perfect. We were so in love with the hotel that we cut short our Tokyo trip to come back here! Couldn't recommend this more!

- Sanitary environment: The room is generally clean except for some dust on the wall beside the bed - Surrounding environment: The hotel is relatively close to the scenic area of ​​Kiyomizu Temple and Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine. It takes about 15-25 minutes by taxi. It is a little far from Kinkakuji Temple. There is a Lawson nearby. There are not many restaurant options. The scenery is pretty good and a little quiet. There is a home in the hotel - Hotel service: Not bad. I checked in late that day. The hotel front desk called to inquire about the check-in time and was informed that the door would be locked after 10 o'clock. The restaurant pushed chairs and supported chairs (although the Japanese breakfast was not very delicious, an additional ¥1,900 per person was charged). There were free snacks and afternoon tea (wine or tea) before dinner - Hotel facilities: There is a gym. The gym only has a few aerobic equipment, elliptical machines, treadmills, and a few dumbbells on the dumbbell rack. There are not many choices. There is also an ice machine room. The drinks in the mini bar are not charged separately, and there are many drinks. There are also matcha tea bags and a set of tea sets in the room

My husband and I have been to Kyoto many times and stayed in various luxury hotels, but the Kyoto Bettei at the Sora-niwa Terrace this time is definitely our favorite and most satisfying one! Although the room rate is nearly 6,000 per night, it is worth the money. If it weren’t for the fact that the bed was a little too soft and not elastic enough, it would almost be a full score💯 The hotel is in an extremely advantageous location, with subways and trains nearby, small rivers and large rivers within easy reach, and beautiful scenery; The room has a private hot spring in Shijo Kawaramachi, which is extremely rare in a hotel in the city center, and the hot spring water quality is excellent. After taking a bath every day, I feel that my skin and body are in great condition; The service is first-class, the front desk guy is handsome and gentle, not only carefully and thoughtfully explaining all the details, but also recommending several particularly delicious restaurants for us (we have almost tasted them, great!) The hotel room is spacious and very comfortable, making us almost reluctant to go out... There is a warm outdoor terrace overlooking Kiyomizu Temple, a TV that can be projected, and a refrigerator full of snacks and various drinks for free... What surprised us most is that the hotel has a ”secret exit” only for guests. From here, you don't need to go through the front desk and go directly to the nearby streets. Every time you walk, you feel like you are on a ”Roman Holiday”. I strongly recommend friends who come to Kyoto to stay here. We will definitely choose this place again next time we come.

Hotel was super nice! I loved almost everything. The room was very big for Japanese standards and the staff was very professional and fluent in English. Location couldn’t be better, right next to Kyoto Station and a lot of options for shopping and dining. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. They divide it in a western and japanese breakfast. But the western breakfast didn’t really have much western choices. And the coffee was not good. This could be improved. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and I would recommend it. :-)

If I had to point out a slightly unsatisfactory aspect, it would be the inefficiency of the front desk service. When I asked for a recommendation for the nearest laundry service, they didn’t provide any suggestions at all and were quite perfunctory. Due to being in a hurry, I asked the front desk to call a taxi to the bus station for me. Instead of taking action, they kept saying that the roads were closed today and that taxis might be delayed, along with a lot of unhelpful comments. This wasted a few minutes. It would have been much better if they had simply gone downstairs to call a taxi and helped solve the problem. Overall, I felt their service lacked enthusiasm, which was something I was very dissatisfied with. As for location wise, this hotel’s location is UNBEATABLE. I would stay again for the location and nothing else

The hotel’s location is ideal, providing easy access to iconic attractions such as Nishiki Market and Gion, while still being tucked away in a tranquil area. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and peace. The public onsen facilities were equally impressive—meticulously clean and beautifully designed. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Kyoto. In conclusion, 三井花園酒店 京都三条 Premier exceeded all my expectations. The impeccable service, beautiful design, and special touches like the private bath made this one of my most enjoyable stays. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

We had a really great time there even though it was just for a night. Great location accessible to all areas.  Very nice and welcoming receptionist and when he saw our passport he thanked us in Thai and it was so sweet of him to talk to my family back in Thai.  Breakfast is also a top rate! So many varieties.

This hotel is amazingly good. Gotten free room upgrade and the room is very big. There are nice gardens, sauna, gym and swimming pool in the hotel. Had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back again if I am in Kyoto.

Location is perfect, within train station. There are 2 locations that connect from the train station to the hotel. Breakfast was very good with wide range of Japanese food unfortunately very limited selection of international food. The view from our room 👍.Overall we have a very comfortable stay.
