Carpet in the room 407 stains and cut Towels small and very old shredded

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Room is nice & big. Staff are friendly & helpful but poorly trained. Checked me in as the wrong person & asked for payment whereas booking has already been prepaid. Called housekeeping for hand towel & face towels. They do not have. Definitely a local style hotel. Frontdesk apologies for having only a body towel, ridiculous for a ‘5-star’ hotel. On check out, cashier asked me if I used the minibar. But there was no minibar; it was just free coffee & tea. She refused to admit her mistake & said she will ask Housekeeping to check. Then I insisted on checking together the mysterious minibar. She finally admitted her mistake and apologised. Truly poor management, poor training of staff, take short cuts on room amenities. All very short sighted. Will not be going back after this one time. No thank you!

Very nice hotel. Staffs were very polite and helpful. The food is very tasty. Location is good. Will recommend and come back if we were to visit Jakarta again👍🏼

Location: Everywhere in Jakarta is busy hence no matter the location it would be busy. From where the hotel is, with jam, its 1 hour to the airport. Cleanliness: The hotel is extremely clean. The bathroom is huge and luxurious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room size spacious and everything works well! Staff: There wasn’t much conversation nor request from us as we are easy travellers. But the receptionist was polite and kind during our check in/out. Not much issue.

When im check in the room is clean however i found House lizard dead in the room, tha hot water in the bathtub is not working also but the staff was quick for taking action. The room is quite noisy since the room is facing to front side.

At streetside very noisy. Even after midnight!

The room was good, clean and the place very strategic. We give 3 star for the facilities since the AC very hot until the engineer fixed it. The wifi also needed to fix, to make it more faster network, and very sorry since they dont provide the refrigerator (only coolbar).
