Ulasan Grand Visconti Palace

It is right near the metro to help you easily get from place to place. The hotel itself was amazing the rooms were beautiful and had great amenities. Room service was good too. Breakfast was in the winter garden which I loved. (Pictures are things I saw in Milan getting to all of them with the metro)

We rested, so to speak, in this hotel for 5 days. For 4 days we woke up with severe itching, but could not understand what was wrong until we saw a bug crawling on our robe. We began to inspect the entire room and found bedbugs. We couldn’t even think that this was possible in a 4-star hotel!!! The last night before a long and difficult flight, we could not sleep. We had a lot of luggage, which upon arrival home had to be first treated with chemicals before being brought into the house. When we reported the problem to the hotel, they didn't even apologize, they simply said that our room had been checked before we checked in and there were no bedbugs! If you don’t want to be bitten or bring insects in your suitcase, I under no circumstances recommend this hotel to you.

The hotel is located well to access public transport and all of center with ease. The staff is super friendly and efficient in solving tasks with ease. Will definitely want to come back.

The room was not cleaned very well. No vacuum cleaner on the carpet . The breakfast is not in line with a 4 stars. Cheese, ham/cold cuts and juices are of industrial quality . No typical italian products . No freshly squeezed juices.

Had a meeting nearby so the location was great to me, the hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious, good breakfast, beautiful garden and pretty good service.

Overall good value for money. We only stayed for 1 night, the staff was super polite and helpful, who recommended us a great place to dine in Brera. The hotel is in outskirt Milan but the underground station was close enough that we didn't bother with a taxi to explore the city. Our room has definitely seen better days and required a bit of updating for sure, but for the price we paid, we have no complaints.

Location and facility is good but why they didn't provied water . I can't understand all of we asian hotel are provided neutral water .

Overall was good. Property not a new but very well maintained.

Very nice hotel, clean, near underground station (nearest Lodi station), staff are helpful. Would consider it again if travelling to Milan.

Notre chambre était impeccable tous les jours. L'hôtel est bien situé à seulement 5 minutes du métro. Nous avons même eu la chance de tomber sur une dame qui parlait le français. Le seul point négatif, c'est que la piscine est à 20€ par personne, qu'il faut réserver un jour à l'avance et qu'elle n'ouvre qu'à 15h.
