Self check in system is very troublesome.

The location was great because it was right next to Canal City and the Nakasu River. I was surprised because it looked cleaner than the pictures. However, since it is an unmanned check-in, it is better to check the entrance password and register guest information in advance after making a reservation. I would stay there again if I have the chance. The view is nice and the cleaning staff is friendly.

The room is exactly the same as in the photo, clean, very close to Nakasu Yatai Street, and next to Canal City Hakata, very convenient for shopping. The only thing the kids complained about was that the TV wasn’t digital and didn’t have built-in YouTube and Netflix, but at most we would watch TV when we got home for a midnight snack, so I don’t think the TV was a problem.

The location is excellent, with convenient stores nearby. It is located by the river and the room size is impressive! I will stay here again!

The room was very clean and the three of us stayed there were very comfortable. It was like an apartment, so we enjoyed a different atmosphere from a hotel!

The explanation given at check-in was a little different from what was given beforehand, and the instruction manual was hard to understand. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I got the impression that there were few amenities, perhaps to accommodate foreigners. However, the location was great, and the view from the window was amazing👍

I stayed at this place for 3 nights with my friends. The cleanliness inside and the location are really great. Unlike hotels, there are no additional services, but I didn't expect that when I booked, so I was really satisfied. I was worried that it would be difficult to check in because it was unmanned, but the first floor lobby was well-equipped with pads, so it was convenient to use for both check-in and check-out. And the river view from the balcony inside the room was really amazing. If I go to Fukuoka again, I would highly recommend staying at this place.

It is the highest level of satisfaction It was so clean. The air conditioner in the living room and room was excellent. There were enough towels for 4 days and 3 nights. The next time I travel to Fukuoka, I will definitely come back here.
