Ulasan Al Naya Hotel

The room was very small. The breakfast was bad compared to the room price. There is no exspresso coffee. There is no chicken or meat like international hotels. Half of the breakfast table is sweets. I do not recommend this hotel to any customer. Its price is high, it does not compare to the sea or a garden. Why is its price high? It is the center of the city of Babazouar

Very average in terms of cleanliness, the day of my arrival, I asked for extra towels at reception and I had to fight the next morning and wait about an hour to get some back!!!! No listening to the customer, the receptionist explains to me that he is having personnel problems which is in no way the customer's problem. Too bad because during my previous stays this hotel was very good and I will not return there again.

I would like to report an incident that just happened to me with a receptionist on the phone, a rude person who hung up on me; I called the hotel yesterday and left my number for a sales manager to call me back to work together as part of signing an agreement and this morning I received an email with no details, neither signature nor telephone number, so I called back the hotel and the guy who was on the phone spoke to me of incredible nastiness and esteem. I admit that I am shocked and I cannot find the words to describe my disappointment. a new hotel which instead of picking up customers they reject you???????????? I AM SHOCKED! Oh my god!

Very good hotel and a very nice manager who does everything to improve services I encourage him and I will come back often the receptionist the chambermaids are all attentive to the customer bravo I recommend this hotel and I think it will be among the best
