Cocok untuk keluarga, meskipun tidak memiliki tipe 2 kamar tidur. Resepsionisnya sangat ramah dan mengakomodasi permintaan kami untuk kamar bersebelahan.

Great hotel to stay in the near future as things are still in the process of building up. More dining options and shops wil be opening up soon at the mall that is connected to the hotel. Thus making it very convenient in the near future for anyone who stays at the hotel. The room was great as it was big,spacious and have loads of storage space. The Television have access to Netflix and Youtube for us to log in. A few downside during my stay was: 1- cleaning crew did not top up the tissue in my room. 2- the room slippers wasnt replace when they cleared after making the room. 3- coffee sachet wasnt toped up as well. 4- could have done a better job in vacuuming and mopping of the room floor. 5 - the breakfast was a disappointing as they didnt topped up the dishes that was empty. I waited from the moment i begin the breakfast buffetand waited abt 40 mins to see if the crew topped up the dishes but sadly, it wasn’t change ir even topped up. For the price that i paid, i would say that the breakfast was really really a disappointment. Spread wasn’t great enough too. However, great job to the front desk as the check in and check out process was quick. Overall, great hotel with room for improvement.

All of the hotel facilities and room very good and clean until we sleep suddenly around 2am me and my husband woke by the sounds of motorcycle wild race, and can’t sleep. Complaints about that to receptionist they just said that next time when i stay at hotel just request room at the other street view so would’t annoyed by that sound, how come we know this problems since we are from other city.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Not a huge amount going on in the local area and difficult to get anywhere else (taxis required and traffic in and out of the hotel area is heavy) Pool was nice, wasn’t warned about it being used for lifeguarding practice one day so that was both noisy/busy and hilarious to watch

Coincidentally, when I was about to check in, the queue was quite long and crowded, so it took a while. The building and rooms are in excellent condition, likely because the property is still new. However, one disappointing aspect is that the main road near the hotel is often used for illegal street racing at night. The noise can be clearly heard from inside the room and woke me up several times, which indicates that the soundproofing from external noise could be significantly improved.

Cannot recommend, for its terrible traffic noise at nights and poor location which would cost too much of your daily time and energy on communicating between this suburb area and downtown.

New hotel n connecting to shopping mall. Parking for guest FOC in basement 3. Near toll so very convenient if going to Soetta Airport.

不錯的酒店 衞生：好 環境：好

방은 좁은편이나 단기간 투숙하기에는 진짜로 문제없음. 적당히 시설도 괜찮으며 청결하고 4성급 호텔의 값어치를 함.

房間比較小，但一個人短期住還行，新裝修有味，不建議常住，樓下有商場，超市，咖啡館，可以滿足日常生活。

Kamar bersih dan luas dengan peralatan dapur dan peralatan makan, fasilitas lengkap, kolam renang yang nyaman, area bermain anak, bioskop dalam ruangan, serta makanan dan minuman yang lezat. HOTEL TERBAIK DI JAKARTA, kamarnya luas, dekorasinya elegan. Citadines Antasari melebihi semua ekspektasi saya. Hotel ini memberikan pengalaman mewah yang tak terlupakan, dan untuk Bella sebagai staf hotel sangat membantu saya, terima kasih banyak
