Hotel paling nyaman dan nyaman, nilai mutlak

Receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. Room was small, light bulb spoiled in the other part of the room and wasn't replaced. Coffee and tea bags provided. Bathroom was very small. Lift was very old and small. Can only fit 1 pax and a luggage each time. No frills hotel. Enjoyed the proximity to the train station, old town and the lake.

Good choice for 1 day stay in Lucerne. Less than 1 min walk from train station. Staff is friendly and helpful.

location is good, near the train station; the drawback is soundproof is bad, u can hear the voice of people who lived on an upper floor walking around

Close enough to the train station, at one of the exits. Checking in and out was a bit tricky as staff needed us to check in/out via hotel monopol. Fruits at the entrance were complimentary and at plus. Decent enough stay for the price at Lucern!

The hotel is conveniently located near the station. The receptionist was very helpful in assisting our travel need and even upgraded our room. The check in was 4 pm although we try to ask for an early check in. We will recommend this hotel to travellers

Great location....neat and clean.... nice breakfast... courteous staff.

There’s no reception at the hotel and you have to walk back to another hotel to check in / check out which is strange and troublesome. There’s also no amenities in the hotel and they expect you to go back to the location where you check in to request for it which is rather strange because by the time you realise it and is going to brush your teeth, it’s late at night. Fortunately the reception is quite friendly. Aside from that, we knew the reason why we booked the hotel was because of the location so that was a given.

Our booking was kindly upgraded to the hotel Monopol (4 star) and the hotel very nice room, best position at Lucerne, just besides train station, famous gallery bridge and cruising boat pier. Ground level with Starbuck coffee, McDonald, ice cream and a mix food pub (quite expensive compared with type of food).

Well… I think this hotel is a bit dirty, I can still see the hair of others. But if u are just staying for a night and u want a hotel next to the station. This is the one! I think this is bearable for a night. The staff are very friendly too

It is nice and comfortable stay. Location is just beside the Luzern Banhoff. Breakfast is superb and McD, Starbucks & Migros are within reach
