這家酒店非常乾淨，衞生，床上用品非常好，服務也非常好，我們是家人出來旅遊的，就是房價有點貴，交通比較方便，工作人員的服務熱情，我們一家人都比較滿意，謝謝你們今晚繼續住這裏。

靠近高速公路，睡覺環境略差，需提前要求！但交通進出很方便。

服務、環境不錯

Our room and the hotel overall was very clean and well maintained. We stayed 2 nights on the weekday and had no issues with parking. Courteous staff. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. There is a fridge in the room. The only thing missing is a microwave to heat our leftovers (just having 1 in the lobby would make this an excellent hotel!). Hugo's Restaurant across the street is excellent (a bit pricey, but worth it if you appreciate quality ingredients). There's also a Whole Foods next to Hugos. Universal is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was so pretty and clean! not giving 5 star just because the receptionist were so stressed out and not really helpful during check in, gave us not working card key for the room😭 we can't use it, but she fixed it right away, but it was at night and we were tired so it's not pleasant. Tried to put food in the fridge, but there's a lot of used stuff, foods probably from previous customer ( so i guess they didn't check & clean the fridge) so we didn't want to use it. Other than that, it's a good stay :)

Excellent customer service. There is super friendly and fast to respond to you. Additionally, rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurants and grocery stores walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

The frint frsk staff is incredibly friendly & helpful! Danny specifically was just wonderful! Great experience all around!
