Hotel well located, in a quiet region, facing a river that is beautiful to look at, but polluted. Excellent service from all staff. Very good room. And a wonderful pool, it even had a small artificial waterfall

Standard Ibis but as it is Ibis styles there are some differences. The hotel's swimming pool is very nice, an area closed with glass, you can see the sun (or clouds lol). Our 9 year old son loves it. It has a very shallow area and another that is approximately 1m and 20m deep. We love the breakfast (optional) as it is simple but everything is very fresh and replenished frequently. Modern and comfortable rooms. There is no cable TV. WiFi ok! We have stayed in several hotels in Sorocaba but the combination of location, pool, comfort and price has made us stay at Ibis the last 8 times.

Comfortable hotel with good sized room, with polite and helpful staff. The location is not that good as there aren't many things nearby, but the hotel is well suited to those looking for a good place to stay. Negative points only for the quality of the TV image, variety of channels and the shower that leaked water outside. It has a good-sized heated pool, gym and restaurant that serves breakfast every day, lunch and dinner at set times. I didn't use the restaurant, so I can't comment.

A little different from the Ibis standard (it's Styles), bigger rooms, themed decoration (stamps). We have an 8-year-old son who loves the pool, and theirs is great because it's covered and well heated. It's relatively shallow but you can swim around, it's very good for children. The breakfast (a side) is very worth it. It's not a super buffet but everything is fresh and of good quality. The Hungarian slice is the best I've ever had! We have already stayed 3 times and will be back. Paid parking, R$17 per day. If you're willing to pay a little more, the room with a bathtub is incredible!
