the location was perfect and the hotel vibe was warm and cozy. I feel safe in this hotel. The room was small but it was comfortable. No tv in the room but you will be out and about for the whole day. Would definitely come back here but the prices are steep.

No information on the hotel was provided in our room. The room was extremely cramped. The space at the end of the bed was very small and we often bumped into the corners of the bedframe when passing by. The hotel staff are aware of this as they have put bumpers on the corners, but this is not an ideal solution. There was no space to plug in and place an electric kettle. The room was very hot and there were problems with the air conditioning. The staff member at the front desk with a black suit had a poor attitude. She had an unwelcoming expression and responded to our enquiries with a cold tone, as if we were disturbing her.

Just outside one of the train exits. That's the main thing I like. Other than that, not much. Hotel's breakfast was nothing special. Not much amenities, and room was very very small. Not quite worth for price paid.

This is the hotel where I stayed during the past family trip to Sapporo. The room condition is good, and all the staff members are nice and friendly. Especially, the location is very convenient.

Great location, great service with prompt response. Especially when you left something in the room after checkout. If you plan to drive, will have to park in the parking lot near-by.

Stayed 4 nights in total, no consideration for long stay, asked for a late check out but bluntly refused unless i pay an hourly rate. 11am check out is too early. No TV in the room, i was offered projector but that is joke, the room is too tiny and there is no place to mount the projector. Overall unsatisfactory stay, will not be staying here again in my future visit to this city.

Trendy hotel. A bit small but enjoyable. Next door and nearby are shopping centres and downstairs link to subway.
