Ulasan Bloom House Hôtel & SPA

Hotel di Perancis menarik banget. Walaupun bukan jaringan hotel besar, namun desain interiornya cukup menarik. Terdapat restoran dan bar kecil di lantai satu. Lingkungan sekitar relatif tenang, aman dan bersih ditemukan dalam jarak 2 blok di dekatnya. Kamar ini memiliki balkon kecil. Terdapat dispenser air di koridor luar kamar, yang bisa membuat air soda... Anda dapat menggunakan botol kaca di kamar untuk membantu diri Anda sendiri. Saya memilih hotel ini karena memiliki AC, tidak jauh dari Stasiun Kereta Timur, dan memiliki tempat tidur berukuran 1,8 meter. Pelayan di meja depan juga cukup sabar, itu bagus. Kami tiba di hotel terlambat, dan petugas bar hotel merekomendasikan toko mie dan toko pizza terdekat kepada kami.

Hotel harta karun dengan nilai uang yang sangat tinggi. Kecuali ukuran kamarnya yang kecil, semuanya baik-baik saja.

Hotel yang bagus, sangat direkomendasikan! Dekat dengan Paris Gare de l'Est dan saya akan ke Jerman keesokan harinya, jadi saya memilih hotel ini. Ruang makan di lantai pertama adalah restoran Mediterania. Kami sangat menyukai makanan yang direkomendasikan oleh pria tampan itu. Sarapannya prasmanan dan sangat kaya dan lezat. Suite ini memiliki dua kamar single independen dengan kamar mandi melalui satu pintu. Sangat nyaman bagi suami dan istri serta putra kami untuk memisahkan dua kamar, meskipun juga bagus tanpa ruang tamu.

This was a great hotel with great service. The spa was really lovely and almost always empty when we used it. The bar was great and the waiter could make cocktails on request as well as those on the menu. The rooms are really nice and the beds comfortable. We asked to be in rooms near eachother and this was accommodated.

An amazing stay at Bloom House and Spa in Paris! The room was spacious with a lovely balcony, and I loved the thoughtful layout—the separate toilet and shower, plus the basin outside, made it so practical and clean. All basic amenities were provided, including a TV, which was great. The indoor swimming pool was absolutely stunning and cozy, and the sauna and gym, with their treated wood design, created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel had a delightful scent throughout, adding a luxurious and relaxing touch to the experience. I also appreciated the breakfast option at a discounted rate when purchased during check-in, and the water dispenser conveniently located at the lift lobby was very handy. Bloom House and Spa truly knows how to create a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Staff is nice did an upgrade for me, however they do not have enough cash to change large notes which for the room price is a bit annoying.

Absolutely loved the hotel, one of the best ones in Paris so far! Would definitely visit again I would recommend booking a room with the balcony!! Things i like about the hotel - Super modern, stylish, Scandinavian-vibe design - Very nice and friendly staff - Amazing pool & sauna (must go!!!) - Very clean overall Improvements needed: - The room i booked was a bit small so it was difficult to have my luggage opened the whole time

The hotel was clean and the inside decoration was beautiful. Staffs were kind.

Room Okay, Service Needs Improvement. The location is good, and the room itself is decent. The bedroom is a bit small, but the bathroom is quite spacious, so the overall size might be larger than many other rooms in Paris. However, the water pressure was inconsistent, with the hot and cold water switching unpredictably, which was frustrating. The service was a mixed bag. When we checked in around 10 PM, the night staff was excellent—polite, thoughtful, and accommodating despite the hotel being fully booked the next day. However, the daytime receptionist was quite the opposite. I asked about the room reservation policy, and her attitude came across as impatient and dismissive, almost like I was bothering her. While I understand cultural differences and that communication in English can sometimes feel blunt, her demeanor was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. It got worse when they informed me a room was available but at a higher price. Instead of politely explaining, the receptionist called out to me loudly (I was sitting near the lift) in a tone that felt curt and cold. At this point, I decided it wasn’t worth it. I switched to another hotel nearby with the same room rate. The difference was night and day: better location, nicer room, and impeccable service. Even though I had to pay a hefty penalty to cancel my remaining reservations at this hotel, it was worth it to avoid such poor service. When I went back to collect my luggage after switching hotels, they didn’t even acknowledge me or attempt any communication. Despite this, I still said “thank you,” but they completely ignored me. At this point, I was relieved I had made the decision to move. For the price they charge, the service and experience here simply don’t measure up. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Absolutely great cosy new hotel I stayed there because of convention location near train station but I’m in love with this place. Hotel is just opened some months ago so it smells like new fresh place Definitely recommend!

Beautiful design, Pool when busy is a bit small but otherwise great, There is no iron at the room or closet but managable Breakfast is tasty but could be a bit reacher

New hotel. All clean. Room service good. Great interior. Stuffs are super. All receptionists are very cooperative and accommodating. They try their best to resolve issues. Not usual to see these days. If the room got waredrobs and fridge -- it would be a 12 out of 10 hotel. Keeping clothes and stuffs is an issue. Not much space for those. The room become clumsy!! N.B. the hotel got a beautiful and rich restaurant, a cozy and beautiful swimming pool, massage service, sauna and gym. Highly recommend.

Where do I start. Beautiful rooms, spa, great bar, warm and friendly staff. Jean Pierre, was so sweet and funny! He made me Earl Grey tea and I loved it! He was awesome with my guests as well.

Lovely hotel beautiful decorated - easy access to several metro stations and nice spa !!
