It was a very stylish and fashionable hotel. The front desk staff were very kind and allowed me to check in early even though I arrived early. If I could have one request, it would have been nice if there was an electric kettle. If I go to NY again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

Such a serious accident without an alarm is definitely a major safety hazard. Not recommended to stay!
