Hotel dekat Teck Whye Shopping Centre, Singapore

With the unclear or even confusing (BusCoachResort ) signages before we could arrive at the resort , it was already a little fruatrating ...but from the moment when we finally arrived for checked in at the Front Office , our staycation at this resort seriously kick started off on the wrong foot. The front desk staff barely acknowledging most guests as we arrived. It took what felt like forever to check in which was supposedly 3pm , however in view of the unclear signages for parking , we only arrived at 4.15pm thinking that it should be a quick swift that we would get our room but when we finally got our room keys, it was close to 6pm , and we were given ”all the excuses” besides rooms are not ready due to delay in housekeeping...then last excuse was ”lapse in booking” by a non chinese Front office male staff . Yes i must admit the Sanctuary King room was the only perk us up with the spectacular serene lake view. And then we thought since hving enountered so much of hassle upon checking in which had already depleted our energy ..we kind of thought maybe we will do in room dining ( to enjoy the room view ) but upon clicking on the icon for in room dining ,we were however not able to get access to in room dining menu as repeatedly clicking on the in room dining were just advertisments . To add on ..there was not even a mini bar menu to be found in the room nor on the TV screen icons ... Also ,we were not given clear instructions about the dining options within the resort , we then only discovered the restaurant that will be serving us the breakfast next morn actually also serves dinner buffet but by then it was close to 730pm after having explored out with most food joints that were ady closing between 7pm to 8pm in Zoo or Birds Paradise... However ..I must say , from the moment we entered the resort restaurant, the F&B team really made up for our entire day of unpleasant encounter upon checking in , their hospitality smile and service going the extra smile...kudos to the F&B team with special mention to Uzair and Rohini ...who really make our entire dining experience so much more pleasant and enjoyable . We were really hoping for a relaxing experience resort staycation experience but the lack of basic service ( Front office team seem not able to handle the guests queries or rather appease the guests ) at the Front Office team immediately soured our mood. Not what we expected for a “luxury” resort stay. And not much of recovery marketing action was initiated with only a call to offer an extended late check out .... I am sure the management team would have already heard the guests grouses by the evening especially for an Opening day . And in view of our profession , we wanted to have the 1st hand experience at the luxury resort before recommending to our clients or guests ..with this experience I can only say I have reservations about the resort being able to deliver what they intended to...

Honestly it was peaceful. There was nothing to eat nearby so we had to order. The pool was gone. I liked the room simple and cozyyy ,the bath tub was greattt!! Would come again if I need an escape from reality it's worth it.

Great location: About 10 minutes walk to the nearby mall and subway station. There is a Bus stop right outside of the hotel’s main entrance. Staff: very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom are clean but very small. We stayed on the third floor. The soundproofing of the room is very bad. We heard the couples staying next room who made noise at late night. It was loud and disgusting. In addition, there had been some maintenance work going for a few days which was noisy for a few hours each day Food: There is a small restaurant at the top floor.We went up one time and there were a lot of people. And we saw there were not enough staff to serve the people. There is a breakfast place on the ground floor. But they are closed for lunch and breakfast. There is a vending machine in the lobby that offers snacks and instant noodle, which is good. In addition, there are trolleys available in the entrance and you can use it to bring all luggages to your room.

The hospitality was amazing! I want to come again. The hotel clerk was kind enough to grant my wish. I definitely want to stay here again when I come to Singapore. The location was very convenient and the house was very clean. There was a tap in the room so you could drink water freely. The laundry was also open 24 hours a day and was clean. I really love Quincy! I'll come again!

In curtin Singapore Reading, very close to the new site of the school, 15 minutes by bus, and close to Jin Wentai, the hotel provides continental breakfast from Monday to Friday, although the variety is very limited, but the breakfast is enough for nutrition, especially the ham is delicious, the hotel apartment room is what I see Singapore Hotel is comparison Big, there is a kitchen where you can cook kitchen utensils and tableware. The washing machine with dryer is very convenient. There are also food courts nearby, but there is a pasta restaurant downstairs in the hotel that tastes very good, and it is also very close to west coast park It is very suitable for running. house keeping is done on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It won’t be too disturbing to rest. Overall, this apartment is very good, very quiet and suitable for living. If you don’t like noisy, it’s also very difficult to book.

Our stay is one of the best experience. We usually book 3to5x per year staycation and for a basic or deluxe room their amenities are the best. Guarenteed that we will come back again as I book my birthday on October for staycation and we are going to try the suite room this time. staff are friendly and accomodating. MS. KIMBERLY from the front desk is pretty and helpful! She accepted us with a warm and beaming smile. Love this hotel and great location as well very near to MRT, mall and to our local church. The overall experience of this stay is satisfactory. The room is spacious and comfortable, the view outside the window is beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the staff are very friendly and professional, which makes people feel warm. However, during our five-night stay, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was intermittent every day, which was a little inconvenient for guests who need a stable network. In addition, the breakfast part is a bit disappointing. The number of dishes is relatively small, but we don’t mind. The texture and taste of the food can be improved. With a price of over S$40 per person paid on site, we expect the food quality to be more in line with the price level to further enhance the overall accommodation experience. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is strategically located, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest MRT station (Buona Vista). There is also a bus stop at the door, and there are many bus routes for easy access. Among them, bus number 14 can go directly to Orchard Road, and the transportation is very convenient. . 這次入住的經驗整體令人滿意，房間寬敞舒適，窗外景色優美，設備完善，櫃檯人員非常親切且專業，讓人倍感溫馨。 不過，這次連續入住五晚，房間內的Wi-Fi訊號每天都出現斷斷續續的情況，對於需要穩定網路的客人來說稍有不便，建議貴飯店能檢視並改善網路的穩定性。 另外，早餐部分稍有遺憾。雖然菜色品項較少尚可接受，但食物的口感與味道有提升空間。以每人現場付費超過新幣40元的價格而言，期望餐飲品質能更符合價格水準，進一步提升整體住宿體驗。 值得一提的是，飯店地理位置優越，距離最近的MRT車站（Buona Vista）步行約10分鐘，門口也有公車站，有多條公車路線方便通行，其中14號可直達烏節路，交通十分便利。

Checked in for a staycation over Chinese new year. Thankful for the front desk and iyf for giving me a corner room on a high floor. The front desk Chinese male staff was very fast in processing my check in. Always loved his great service from room selection request and check in when he is around. The room was absolutely quiet and it connects between both wings which is a plus. Thank you iyf and team.

Something different from the usual hotels. It was a fun staycation living in a container turned hotel. Very well equipped kitchen with cooking needs like pots, sauces, oil, plates & utensils. We could cook our own meals and enjoy it at the outdoor balcony. The place was so nice & breezy in the evenings, it was so lovely. Surprised that fairy lights were installed so it added to the nice feel at night. My boys loved the basketball court just outside and the stay even provided a basketball! Loads of amenities just opposite at Fusionopolis, restaurants, cafes, food court, supermarket & 7-11. Timbre is also just a stone's throw away. Such a fun and different experience!

Efficient clearing of rubbish at the lift landing. Could have left a Big SULO bin instead of letting guests leave it next to the recycling bins. Enjoyed my stay. Should not have removed the vending machines. It allowed guests to buy tit bits and drinks back then.
