Excellent service from all the staff not just the counter staff. They greeted us wherever we go and went over and beyond in terms of attention to details. The rooms amenities are top notch. The room provided a panoramic view around the central area abd you can even see mbs from yor room! Highly recommended to go to the pool if you ever book this hotel. The view is superb and there's even a jacuzzi! A private and chill area is also right beside the pool where you can sunbathe while looking over mbs. The best 5 star hotel in Orchard. Period.

My excellent stay at York Hotel in Singapore is    absolutely amazing. I love York Hotel. The location, amenities, staff, and ofcourse cleanliness is perfect. I can highly recommend York Hotel as the best hotel to stay in Singapore. This Hotel is located near luxury brands shopping malls and I highly recommend staying at York Hotel. I will definitely come back and stay at York Hotel for my coming trip in Singapore. Thank you York Hotel for my excellent 9 days stay at your excellent hotel.

We faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief. Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery. The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Orchard in Singapore. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from Orchard Road, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and entertainment. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great amenities like a free breakfast that my parents especially enjoyed. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Overall, it was a great choice for our stay, and my parents were particularly happy with the convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay. Smart Layout of Bathtub with see through glass - meant I could watch TV while relaxing in the bath. The swimming pool and gym were open for 24 hours which was good! The 24 hours lounge was cozy too. Breakfast was from 7am to 3pm.

great experience! First of all, had a free upgrade to a Premier room. So huge thanks for that! Went with my partner and had a good rest! Room is beautiful! Although it's rather small, the layout of the room is good enough for it to not matter. One downside is that there was only one chair, which prompted us to move the table by the tv nearer to the bed so that both of us had a seat whilst eating. You can get nespresso in the morning which doesnt add on to your bill and a mini 'fridge' to keep your cold items chilled! Service was great too! Had in-room dining in the morning where we ordered the chef's brekkie. Took me a while to figure out how to call the front desk but when I did, everything else was seemless. However, the food we got didnt really live up to the price. Location-wise, the hotel is near where you wanna go for a good shopping day. However, heading up the hill to get to the hotel is somewhat annoying. It wasnt as accessible as I hoped it to be. Best to drive to the hotel rather than public transport because you'd have to walk a distance and up a hill to get there.

Situated right at the heart of Orchard Road, the hotel location is prime and the overall experience was pretty standard, what you'd expect from a major hotel chain in Hilton. The hotel amenities were adequate, not the nicest swimming pool I've seen for sure, and the guest service standards, quite frankly, were a little underwhelming. Room service was a little disappointing, one of the days they threw my slippers and left me with no new slippers, quite a pain, you'd have expected some serious 5-star attention to details. I'm a Singaporean who travels a fair bit, I'll only pay the extras purely for the location, near the MRT and everywhere else. And that's about it.

Was able to pre-check in at 12 pm before heading to have my lunch at mid valley which is connected to the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful to storage my luggage while I go for lunch. Check in was done at 2pm at the luggage station without issue. Cleanliness would need some improvement given that the pillow I gotten was quite dirty. Would definitely go back again given the location

Hotel located at good strategic location within walking distance to Orchard and nearby to MRT / bus stop that serves multiple destinations within Singapore. Cleanliness and room size is acceptable with ref to price point. The only downside is the room bathtub can be safety hazard due to easily to slip when climb out from tub after bathing, this is due to the design of the tub height and narrow tub width. The gripping mat doesn’t help much either. Would advise those senior citizen to be careful when check in to this hotel room. Also the hotel doesn’t have its own carpark but need to park at nearby chancellor hotel and you need to pay coupon $10 per day. Other than that, this hotel is good and tick all the traveler’s requirements.
