Hotel dekat Hay Dairies Pte Ltd (Goat Farm), Singapore

Honestly it was peaceful. There was nothing to eat nearby so we had to order. The pool was gone. I liked the room simple and cozyyy ,the bath tub was greattt!! Would come again if I need an escape from reality it's worth it.

With the unclear or even confusing (BusCoachResort ) signages before we could arrive at the resort , it was already a little fruatrating ...but from the moment when we finally arrived for checked in at the Front Office , our staycation at this resort seriously kick started off on the wrong foot. The front desk staff barely acknowledging most guests as we arrived. It took what felt like forever to check in which was supposedly 3pm , however in view of the unclear signages for parking , we only arrived at 4.15pm thinking that it should be a quick swift that we would get our room but when we finally got our room keys, it was close to 6pm , and we were given ”all the excuses” besides rooms are not ready due to delay in housekeeping...then last excuse was ”lapse in booking” by a non chinese Front office male staff . Yes i must admit the Sanctuary King room was the only perk us up with the spectacular serene lake view. And then we thought since hving enountered so much of hassle upon checking in which had already depleted our energy ..we kind of thought maybe we will do in room dining ( to enjoy the room view ) but upon clicking on the icon for in room dining ,we were however not able to get access to in room dining menu as repeatedly clicking on the in room dining were just advertisments . To add on ..there was not even a mini bar menu to be found in the room nor on the TV screen icons ... Also ,we were not given clear instructions about the dining options within the resort , we then only discovered the restaurant that will be serving us the breakfast next morn actually also serves dinner buffet but by then it was close to 730pm after having explored out with most food joints that were ady closing between 7pm to 8pm in Zoo or Birds Paradise... However ..I must say , from the moment we entered the resort restaurant, the F&B team really made up for our entire day of unpleasant encounter upon checking in , their hospitality smile and service going the extra smile...kudos to the F&B team with special mention to Uzair and Rohini ...who really make our entire dining experience so much more pleasant and enjoyable . We were really hoping for a relaxing experience resort staycation experience but the lack of basic service ( Front office team seem not able to handle the guests queries or rather appease the guests ) at the Front Office team immediately soured our mood. Not what we expected for a “luxury” resort stay. And not much of recovery marketing action was initiated with only a call to offer an extended late check out .... I am sure the management team would have already heard the guests grouses by the evening especially for an Opening day . And in view of our profession , we wanted to have the 1st hand experience at the luxury resort before recommending to our clients or guests ..with this experience I can only say I have reservations about the resort being able to deliver what they intended to...

I recently stayed at Genting Hotel Jurong and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's ”hotel in a garden” theme was refreshing, with extensive landscaping and greenery creating a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and functional, though a bit on the smaller side. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Jurong East MRT station. I enjoyed the variety of dining options nearby. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

Big room, amazing kids pool. They provide free shuttle bus to Yishun MRT. Provide washing machine a d dryer too. There are shops and restaurants near. Overall, very nice experience there, definitely will come back to stay there again.

Room is sleek and modern, also smells really good. Hotel is in a convenient location with Chinatown, Clark Quay and financial district by the doorsteps. Service is great and responsive. The bed and linen are comfortable. Only complaint is the lobby being on the 2nd level and the elevator queue is such a pain every time we go out. I stayed on the 13th floor and I feel the elevator prioritize the higher level (20th above). I booked a Grab when I waited for the elevator and the driver arrived at the hotel before my elevator. Multiple elevators skipped my floor went straight down or didn’t even move at all. I ended up paying penalty fee for the driver’s wait time.

Very nice hotel and very enjoyable stay. Restaurants and metro literally on the doorstep of this hotel make it a fantastic choice for those who travel for business and it is very convenient. Very nice customer service from the front office staff as well.

Easily accessible .close to an MRT station and most restaurants ,bars and touristic sites .I walked from here to everywhere I went to while in Singapore. Was clean and the receptionist actually let me check in even when I arrived earlier (very understanding). one thing only is I felt a little uncomfortable walking bare feet inside and to the bath room .I had no clue about the no shoe policy ,I'll reccomend take your slippers if that's allowed to wear inside .Other wise it's a 5star . can't wait to go back .It's nice and comfortable .

What a lovely hotel and friendly staff. Upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite as It was our wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint, they also gave us early and late checkout. Room had everything you could want.20 min walk to clarke quay and 40 min to Marina Bay hotel and gardens by the sea.

Amazing hotel with historical appearance in very good downtown location. Walking distance to the Pier of Lion and Grand Hotel & ****** la Sands, Hotel is only 6 story with dated renovation. The room is comfortable and clean,The swimming pool has good view of CBD. Walking distance to everywhere in CBD and those restaurants by the river but those restaurants are expensive and offers invaluable food for tourists ( not recommended) I highly recommend to those who like to eat Singaporean food we called outdoor delicacy night life to choose this hotel. the Satay Street delicacy center which is opposite to the hotel, opening to the mid night every day with variety of nice food you can taste, especially at night… beers,food and BBQ in outdoor area make it a good picture! it is really a nice place ..The sea food ( Black Pepper Mud crab is a must taste in Singapore)price is about half price than the tourist riverside area. Nice hotel, nice location,nice food around.. Will stay there again.

My second stay in this hotel. Mrt station is just downstair so very convenient for tourists. Weekend will be very quiet and hardly any food nearby unless you walk or order in. Room was huge and have a nice view! Was surprised that Westin has not many paid channels on the TV. Maybe time to add in netfix. Pool has a lovely view and make sure you bring along your sunblock. Hotel breakfast has improved as compared to previous time. Any minus points? Well The two front desk ladies were a-bit cold during the check-in. No smile at all and was not that “willing” to issue me a parking coupon which ultimately my guy said he would pay for the parking. Thank goodness, i did not see them when i check out. Instead , its the same guy who checked me in the previous time! He still remembered me! Good memory! Thank you Mr Bobby Chan for your warm smile that made me feel welcome to book the hotel again!
