Clean, comfortable, good-sized room. Yummy breakfast with biscuits and gravy! The food could have been warmer but we enjoyed it. The hot cinnamon rolls were a plus. The room was quiet, which we appreciated after a long day on the road. I'd stay here again.

We tried to cancel this reservation on the 27th of December and we’re told by an ******* online agent that our case will be with higher ups and will take 3-5 business days and that they will be contacting us by email, but it’s now the January 9th and still nothing. The manager at the hotel was also very rude and extremely not helpful. The staff at this hotel are not properly trained at all.

The room was nice but we booked this hotel specifically because it said it had a hot tub. We were very disapointed after driving 10 hours and having sore backs (due to accident) that this hotel did not have hot tubs as listed. We would have booked elsewhere if we would have known..

The Hotel and staff were great. The biggest disappoin**ent was booking the hotel for the hot tub only to get there and find out that they actually do not have a hot tub.

If there was a negative rating they definitely earned it. After verification it was a pet friendly hotel and telling the attendant at check in we had a dog I would have never imagined the next morning when a hotel Employee saw me take her out the front door for a walk we were informed after staying one night we had to leave and immediately cancelled and kicked us out. LET me be very, Very clear - they would have never even known we had our family dog. She is perfectly trained, friendly but has seizures so see needs to travel with us. We have never been treated so poorly and there is much, much more regarding their inhospitable management team. I will figure out the proper channels to hold them accountable for the terrible mistrea**ent and discrimination in an effort to save other good humans from experiencing this hotel. And it’s management.

I’m not sure why this hotel gets some mediocre reviews. After pouring over hotel reviews in Sidney and seeing most got “don’t ever stay here” reviews I finally opted for the Hampton. I requested an early check in and my room was ready nearly an hour before that. It was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower, though not extraordinary, was nice enough to satisfy. The front desk was very nice and the breakfast was the usual hotel fare. I love the digital key access for super easy check in and checkout. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Very clean, appears updated. Delicious breakfast !! The check in and out was very quick and easy. Nice and quiet , beds were a little firm but overall highly recommended.
