Hotel is about 8 mins walk to the nearest subway MTR, really convenient. Room was very decent size, thanks to the check in staff who was polite and upgraded us. Bathroom is equipped with the electric powered toilet and there was no cigarette smell in the room, which is fantastic.

This was the perfect place to start our holiday! The staff are amazing, thoughtful and always ready to help. The food service was quick and delicious, delivered straight to our door. What a great introduction to Shenzhen. I cannot wait to visit again! Thank you so much for all your help and love for me and my son. Then I would also like to thank JC for the beautiful photos. I’ve seen Honey Paradise Blue and White Island reviewed here and I always said I would treat myself. Too cold for Sapphire Beach, I selected L301, with a lovely view—bathtub & all of my pre-requisites. What I didn’t expect was just how much more care and excellence would be a part of my experience. Yummy Chinese breakfast, tea time with fruit, and pear tea before bed. I slept so soundly. Outside food delivery can come straight to your door as well. Clear and proactive WeChat communicated explanations will keep you relaxed and pampered. JC did an excellent job with my photos. Xiaoli helped with bags, translations, check in & check out. Xiaotang fixed wifi and serves with kind attentiveness. Fantastic Staff. Five star staff and accommodations. Every desire is considered and prepared for luxuriously. Hey Spa and Hey Zen down the street made this a fantastic night and day.

The handsome guy ZZ at the lobby reception was warm, patient and attentive. Although the room was not big, it was clean and tidy. In the central area of ​​Shenzhen, this price is quite cost-effective. I will choose this place again when I come here later.

Absolute stunning hotel. Staff was absolutely incredible, from making very good coffee (im a coffee snob) to helping arrange a taxi. The best hotel I stayed in China. So I will be definitely back. Big tip for international travellers: beautiful design rooms and design lobby with high end coffee where you can read magazine , good internet.

Nice location, near a lot of eateries and also scenic shoreline (went jogging). Super comfortable bed. Very clean room. Toilet comes with bidet! Which is very rare in China. Breakfast is also delicious, noodle soup comes with meatballs!

Our room was sea view and this was in plentiful. Wonderful view across the Shenzhen river with Hong Kong on the other side across the bridge. We expected the hotel to be old but it was maintained in a clean and neat manner. Massive room with many nice touches throughout. Well worth the money. Only drawback is not much in the vicinity of the hotel.

Nice modern comfortable hotel with a lot of restaurant around. Quite a bit traffic around so might not be too comfortable for long sleepers. Location is also convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful 👍🏽
