Hotel Spa di Shenzhen

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, ada beberapa pusat perbelanjaan besar di lantai bawah dari pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah. Sangat nyaman untuk makan, minum, dan bermain Hotelnya juga sangat baru dan lingkungannya bagus Saya melihat seorang anak dengan beruang kecil Anak-anak sangat menyukainya Teh Sore Eksekutif pada pukul 2:00 Masuk Lantainya sangat kotor dan tidak higienis Minuman dan bahan-bahannya sangat rata-rata Jika itu untuk poin tambahan Semoga bisa ditingkatkan Sarapannya rata-rata Terdapat area bermain anak-anak di sebelah sarapan Ini bagus sekali, ketika saya melihatnya, saya pikir saya bisa menginstalnya dan sarapan. Tetapi Ketika kami masuk, saya tidak menemukan kotoran apa pun. Itu benar, itu kotoran Anak itu masuk dan menangis dan mengatakan bagian dalamnya sangat kotor, dan saya menyadarinya Sudah kubilang pada pelayan, tapi pelayan itu tidak berani menghadapinya. Lalu setengah jam berlalu Saya baru saja melihat orang tua kembali untuk menghadapinya Hei...kita cuci celana anak di toilet dulu. Mengapa tidak menangani kotorannya? Membuktikan sekali lagi bahwa ada masalah dengan manajemen Ada masalah dengan kebersihan taman bermain ini... Kebersihan adalah hal terpenting bagi saya ketika menginap di hotel Karena saya punya anak

The development is unique for China. You can find similar resorts with accessible seaside and setup, only abroad. It would have been a fantastic experience but it was destroyed by the recent tropical storm hitting Guangdong. Despite the weather which is not related to the resort there are a number of issues to be addressed: 1- the place is a potential safety hazard. Very poor engineering when it was built without proper water management or drainage. Water flashed down from the surrounding slopes flooded the whole resort. Swimming pool and all common areas were full of mad. Restaurants operation was suspended or when finally operating we were literally walking inside a flooded room full of mad where staff was trying to push water away. Rather funny picture. 2- common spaces were not kept clean. It is totally understood that with this storm situation it is impossible to keep the place clean, however, even before the rainfall started , you could tell the place was not kept properly. The common areas and walk paths were not clean full of debris. Swimming pool was not clean. The changing rooms next to the beach were not clean and full of sand with showers blocked. The toilets next to the restaurant were not clean and very smelly. Expensive equipment with branded toiletries is not helping if the place cannot be properly managed. The lounge area next to the seaside was not clean and it was obvious that it is not managed by personnel. 3- the lifeguards supposing to be on duty were occupying the guests beach lounge area playing with their phones and smoking cigarettes while other staff and construction people from the site would have their “break” with them. This is an advertised private beach area and the management should be further involved to provide what the guests are paying for. Lifeguards should be on a different station. They were rather rude too pretending the are the authority! 4- Overall management and personnel. You can tell that there is no maturity or experience. During the storm admittedly they were trying hard to keep the place alive. The resort design otherwise, and rooms are exceptional. Amenities and equipment are top of the class. The western restaurant (before suspending operation) was excellent with great food and unique location overlooking the seaside. Such a pity for this unique resort - management needs to change Wish to see improvements in a future visit.

One of my favourite hotels in Shenzhen, especially thanks to Katie & Terence, they’re extremely welcoming & fix my problems promptly. I’ve been busy the whole year during 2025, once I’ve been in Shenzhen, I’d definitely choose St Regis Bao A for a quick “staycation”. The butler service is spot on and really comforting after a long hour of travelling. I’ve also recommended the hotel to many of my friends, they all have positive feedbacks with everything the hotel offers. It’s definitely a hidden gem in the city.

We were so impressed of almost everything about this stay. I will recommend to my friends, and the my relatives to come and pay a visit. This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing.  Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic.  The room is built and designed well.  Gym room is big.  Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.)  We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. I will recommend you to choose this.

Oke, banyak yang ingin saya katakan tentang Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen - sebuah hotel dengan fasilitas mewah tetapi tidak menyediakan sarapan dasar… Pengering rambut Dyson, wastafel toto, air kemasan gelas semuanya di bawah yang diharapkan. MO shenzhen menggunakan merek perlengkapan sanitasi yang sangat canggih, dapat diandalkan dan dirawat dengan sangat baik. Saya sangat pilih-pilih mengenai perlengkapan sanitasi dan kebersihan dan saya belum melihat adanya masalah. Kudos kepada tim rumah tangga. Kita harus memahami apa yang membedakan MO dari hotel lain adalah perhatiannya yang sempurna terhadap detail. Desain interiornya jauh lebih unggul dari hotel Shenzhen lainnya. Jika Anda penggemar arsitektur dan bosan dengan detail di bawah standar di hotel Shenzhen lainnya, silakan coba MO shenzhen. Sekarang… masalah bagi saya adalah pada sarapannya. Terlintas dalam benak saya bahwa MO terlalu fokus pada makanan Kanton dan mungkin terpengaruh oleh persepsi orang asing tentang apa yang dimaksud dengan “budaya oriental”. Memang benar bahwa makanannya berkualitas tinggi - saus yang enak, bahan-bahan yang bagus. Tapi menyediakan beras adalah hal yang sangat mendasar. Di setiap hotel top yang saya kunjungi di Asia, saya tidak pernah melewatkan nasi goreng. Itu adalah pengalaman yang sangat berbeda di MO dibandingkan dengan Ritz carlton yang saya tinggali beberapa minggu sebelumnya - yang mungkin memiliki variasi penawaran 3 kali lebih banyak. Saya tidak akan ragu untuk membayar ekstra jika ada penawaran sarapan yang lebih baik - karena banyak orang akan memahami bahwa ini hanyalah masalah sikap. Pelayanan hotel terhebat di Asia. Grup MO terkenal akan hal ini dan saya sangat setuju. Saya mengetahui hal ini sejak bertahun-tahun yang lalu ketika saya berada di Guangzhou MO sebelah Taikoo. Secara keseluruhan, seperti yang dikatakan sebelumnya, MO shenzhen memberi saya perasaan campur aduk. Saya kagum dengan kebersihannya, detailnya tetapi saya belum bisa naik perahu MO Fan karena sarapannya. Aiya!

Ini kedua kalinya saya menginap di JW Marriott ini karena kamarnya luas, dan sekitar 5 menit naik taksi ke pusat Futian. Perabotan kamar memiliki desain modern, dan suasananya nyaman! Itu sebabnya saya kembali kali ini. Namun, tipe kamar yang saya pesan kali ini berbeda dari yang terakhir. Staf resepsionis hotel, Roman, sangat ramah dan menjelaskan bahwa tipe kamar terakhir saya menghadap ke lokasi konstruksi, yang mungkin berisik di pagi hari. Jadi dia dengan fleksibel membantu saya pindah ke kamar yang lebih besar. Dan saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih khususnya kepada Roman atas bantuannya. Ketika saya check out, saya tidak sengaja meninggalkan kartu rumah saya di kotak checkout, dan dia dengan cepat membantu saya menemukannya dan mengatur pengiriman serta mengirimkannya kembali ke Hong Kong. Secara keseluruhan, layanan di sini sangat bagus, dan prasmanan sarapannya memiliki banyak pilihan. Sejauh ini, saya sangat puas dan senang dengan masa inap saya! Hotel yang bagus dengan layanan luar biasa. Lokasinya bagus dengan pemandangan menakjubkan. Sangat nyaman karena dekat dengan stasiun Metro jika Anda tidak naik taksi atau DiDi. Staf membuat perbedaan besar bagi masa menginap saya. Saya harus mengucapkan banyak terima kasih kepada Tuan Loka Li, dia telah memberikan layanan yang luar biasa sehingga orang tidak dapat menolak untuk mempertimbangkan untuk mengunjungi kembali hotel ini.
