Hotel Family Friendly Shenzhen

This Little hotel is absolutely brilliant 👍🏼food & Restaurants are everywhere. The MTR are just round the corner. And If you want to have massage there are a few very well known places 2/3 mins walk. staffs that work at Qiuguo, they are very pleasant and polite. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, one of the staffs will come over with a cup of Chinese tea for you to drink 😍there are so many free small tasty snacks in the lobby for you to eat whilst you are checking in. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We stayed in twin beds which is also very comfortable. 6 of us, and we all love this hotel and the staffs. Definitely will come back to this hotel again. Thank you Qiuguo Hotel! Will see you again 😍

Mr. 余林煬 is one of the best employees that I ever meet, he did good for check in, fast and very kind person. I also lost some expensive watch in my room and he also help me to locate it and keep for me next day to pick up! This hotel must stay as very nice and clean. I have a suite room which very quiet and modern. 真心感謝余先生的幫助！best employee for the month! Keep going and good job!

The room is very clean and spacious. The room comes with 1 king bed which suits 2 adults + 1 child well. The front desk is very helpful. Thumbs up! I faced the problem of using e-sim that I bought in Malaysia, then the front desk guy straight away came to my door to assist me with this issue. He even asked me to add them in WeChat, so that if anything needed help outside of the hotel, they could assist accordingly. Another lady (I forgot to ask her name) also gave super good service. She patiently taught us how to use Di Di apps. It would be great if the hotel could provide a different breakfast menu. So that we won't feel bored for eating same dishes daily.

We stayed 4 nights to celebrate Chinese New Year with family. We rented two identical 3-beds units in block E and they are great, spcious, clean, quiet. The staff are very friendly and polite. The apartment is close to Sea World, with abundant restaurants to choose from. There is also a subway station right there if needed. Behind the apartment, a hiking pathway is a plesent plus, mild climbing not very wild, efficient for moring walk. Overall, we highly recommend this service apartment, will come back.

Very new hotel and they provided me with free upgrade to a bigger room. Very very thoughtful services, it’s conveniently above a mrt station. It has kids amenities too. A pity that I didn’t get to stay in the theme room with slides. Will be back again next time!:)

Excellent! Located near metro, shopping mall, dongmen pedestrian walk. Helpful and friendly staffs that assisted in receiving my packages. Love the interior and furniture in the hotel. Every part of the bathroom is functional, from heated towel rack to heated toilet and many functions for shower. Shower pressure is perfect and slippers is soft. There is a Smart AI speaker (xiaodu) in the room and a service robot that will send delivery directly to your room. As muslim couple, we ordered food delivery from halal restaurants on meituan and it is super convenient and fast. Taking the metro is much cheaper and faster than by taxi. Will definitely come back to stay and strongly recommend!

room and hotel set up offer exceptional experience from the brand, the music, the auto operation ot the thick curtain, the snack, bottle of water and juice are all welcoming touches, room is spacious, shower and toilet set up are perfect. Two items to improve: 1. buffet requires great improvement. Food is not kept warm enough, fried eggs should be fried fresh instead of laying out cold 2. staff upgraded room type from a single bed to double beds, as one guest had cold, however would be great to put on a smile i/o responding as AI Overall, great experience with the Hotel, which positions next to the few vibrating shopping malls, as well as 2 green parks. Will definitely recommend to friends.

A very good accommodation experience. The location is very convenient. There are several tourist destinations nearby. The hotel environment is clean and tidy. The staff is attentive. Special thanks to staff 小甘 for her considerate arrangements and service.

This is my fourth time staying in this hotel chain and I especially like the cleanliness of the room, the spacious lobby , the comfortable bed & shower and also the speedy front-desk service. I reserved 2 rooms for this trip and we got 1 room upgraded to a larger size. The breakfast was although not exceptionally delicious but still of high CP value, offering a variety of fresh vegetable and fruit. The hotel was not too close to the Hong Shan MTR station but the neighborhood was very safe even when I walked back late after watching night performance at Hong Shan 6979.
