Renaissance Shenzhen Bay Hotel

Stay beautifully arranged per my prior requests. Staff were extremely polite, proactive ,responsive, friendly, considerate and accommodating! Although it took some time to checkin due to a short queue, the staff kept on apologizing (I was not complaining or even say a word though) and instantly arrange the room key for my family first before she even finish the checkin procedure because she saw I had a tired kid and an infant with me. They even proactively offered me a late checkout to 3pm for the long waiting (indeed just queued for around 15-20minutes) A big plus to the team who appear to be always thinking how to serve their customers better! Room was prepared and setup for my birthday celebration and I received a complimentary birthday cake as well. Room was spacious with a special layout that I have never seen before, we loved it though and I think it's even better for a family like us whose kids like bath time a lot. Breakfast was okay, variety of choices but taste is just average to me, coffee is the best I have ever tasted in a hotel buffet so far. Staff seems not as great as the concierge team though. I had valentine's day dinner buffet dinner as well but quality was not up to expectation, seafood was not fresh enough, crab legs, lobsters, way too dry or frozen dead. Others choices were just fine. Overall, it was a great stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, including a state-of-the-art gym, a stunning swimming pool, and a luxurious spa. The dining options were impressive, with a wide variety of delicious and high-quality dishes. The breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh and flavorful choices. The location is convenient, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. We loved the view of the hotel, convenience, the cleanliness, their decoration and free birthday cake. However, there are rooms for improvement. All taxi or called car have difficulties to find the front entrance of the hotel as the sign of the entrance is so small. The WiFi on 53rd floor and even my data reception is not good. We are a bit puzzled on the bathroom design, as water spill out whenever we finished shower and opened the shower door
