The location of the hotel is perfect especially for transportation, the service was excelente.

Very good experience

非常有年代的飯店，大廳感覺很棒，但房間內裝潢較舊且異味非常明顯，冷氣太強聲音很大，房內昏暗坐椅有點髒。洗澡水壓很大很舒服是唯一優點。一樓的京都餐廳餐點味道不錯很貼近亞洲料理味道，餐廳幾乎沒人用餐，價格不貴但等待時間超長。飯店前交通非常壅塞。

Notre séjour n'a pas bien commencé puisque nous sommes arrivés vers les 13h30 et la responsable voulait qu'on attende jusqu'à 15h00 avant d'accéder à la chambre. Ensuite, lorsqu'on est monté à 15h, il y avait une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre et nous avons dû contacter la réception afin d'envoyer du personnel pour nettoyer. Semble-t-il que quelqu'un venait de quitter la chambre. Il devrait normalement laisser la chambre vide 24h entre les clients pour des raisons hygiéniques. Mauvaise surprise avec un frigo rempli de boissons alcoolisées pour potentiellement tenter les clients à dépenser des dizaines de dollars. L'internet tombait en panne constamment et la chasse d'eau est devenue défectueuse. Les points positifs : ils offrent de tout au petit déjeuner et la piscine est extra.

我們是華晨旅行社我們幫客戶定了酒店，結果客戶到那裡跟客戶講說沒有房間說已退費的方式處理我們我對這一家酒店非常感到失望，所以我給他差評😔🤷🏼‍♀️

Suite à une erreur commise à la réception, j’ai bénéficié d’un surclassement, qui m’a permis de découvrir les étages premium de l’hôtel. Les chambres ne se distinguent pas beaucoup de celles des autres étages. Mais le service du roof top est beaucoup plus personnalisé, la vue est superbe. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’expérience.

Mala atención

酒店從中午一直停電到晚上，一開始讓退房費，中間説需要付款一半的房費，最後不退房費，給續住一晚。 並且要特別小心酒店內的消費，去吃自助晚餐沒人告訴你是24usd一個人，吃完了要走前會告訴你付款。

Our plane was landing at 2:00 am, I called the hotel and confirmed my stay the hotel personnel told me that since the check in does not start the earliest is 10:00 am I would have to pay additional $10 an hour until i could actually check in which I was willing to pay considering we got there early in the morning. However when we arrived to the hotel at 3:00 am the staff told us that there was no rooms available. So we were left stranded in a different country at 3:00 am with no room to check into. We asked again at the front desk if he was sure that there was no rooms available and without even checking the clerk just answered no that there's not and just walked away.

Room was amazing, service at the front desk also amazing. But the service at pool extremely deficient, waiter didn’t knew the menu, time between ordering and receiving the food was like an hour. And all that waiting time to receive not what we order.
