Hotel terbaik untuk saya dan keluarga serta teman-teman saya. Saya sudah ke sini berkali-kali. Tidak banyak fasilitasnya tetapi tidak mahal. Saya hanya berharap mereka bisa mengganti semua TV menjadi smart TV sehingga kita bisa mengakses netflix dan youtube dan menurut saya sudah waktunya bagi mereka untuk mengubah AC mereka. Agak tua dan tidak sedingin itu lagi. Kolam renangnya aman untuk anak, tidak dalam. itu dia. saya akan memberi nilai 8 untuk saat ini. terima kasih!

TV was small and unable to watch even in cable there is a static sound in almost all of the channels. No netflix or even Youtube to watch music vidoes, though my kids enjoyed the pool and gym area.. Wifi is good, and the room is very cold which we really enjoyed.

Theres only 1 guy in the reception and the queue is long, chairs are not enough so we are standing.

The absence of a service elevator significantly worsens elevator traffic, especially during peak hours. While the rooms are generally clean, they feel outdated and in need of serious renovation. There are odd, clearly intentional structural elements inside the room that appear to be concealing equipment—raising red flags about guest privacy and safety. The internet is painfully slow, making it difficult to work or even stream basic content. Lighting is overly harsh due to the absence of proper curtains—only blinds are provided—compromising both rest and privacy. But the most alarming concern is security: the main door does not align properly with the frame, leaving a visible gap. This flaw allows outside noise to filter in easily—and more disturbingly, it makes it possible for someone to peek inside, which is deeply unsettling for any guest. That said, the staff are great—consistently courteous, warm, and helpful. They do their best to make up for the facility’s shortcomings, but unfortunately, the issues mentioned above go beyond what good service alone can fix.

Have to extend my stay as the experience here is really great. Have to celebrate again with another set of families and friends.

We booked here overnight just to rest with my 3 kids and me. My kids love Privato and this is the 2nd time we visited the place. I appreciate the free parking, the great room ambiance and strategic location where a mall and other restaurants are accessible.

I recently booked a stay at Privato Ortigas for the first time, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is in an awesome location—quiet, peaceful, and away from the usual city noise, yet still conveniently close to key areas in Ortigas. The atmosphere of the hotel was modern and stylish, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were well-kept, providing a cozy space to relax. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. Overall, I’d say Privato Ortigas is a solid choice for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area. I’d definitely consider booking again!

Room is dirty. Air con is noise. Towesl is not white and old. There are many insects in the restroom. I inform receiption to get rid of it during I am not in the room. I find there are insects in the restroom.

Nice hotel and staff, also budget friendly

When we arrived, nobody helped us with out luggage. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to take our luggage. We decided to take the bellhop trolley by ourselves. The pool smelled really bad. The location is good because there are shops everywhere but you kust not leave during peak hours. The traffic is terrible. We almost missed our flight. We will not book this hotel again.

Overall, our stay was okay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Just a few suggestions or things to point out; 1. The pool area is a bit smelly 2. The food during our breakfast was limited. I think this can be improved. I believe, people will come back to your place if you can level up the cleanliness and make the breakfast, lunch and dinner more enticing by adding more food for breakfast and options for lunch and dinner.. opening a resto bar in your RD is also suggested, so guests will have a place where they can chill with drinks and good music while overlooking the city view and busy streets.
