Hotel terbaik untuk saya dan keluarga serta teman-teman saya. Saya sudah ke sini berkali-kali. Tidak banyak fasilitasnya tetapi tidak mahal. Saya hanya berharap mereka bisa mengganti semua TV menjadi smart TV sehingga kita bisa mengakses netflix dan youtube dan menurut saya sudah waktunya bagi mereka untuk mengubah AC mereka. Agak tua dan tidak sedingin itu lagi. Kolam renangnya aman untuk anak, tidak dalam. itu dia. saya akan memberi nilai 8 untuk saat ini. terima kasih!

I recently booked a stay at Privato Ortigas for the first time, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is in an awesome location—quiet, peaceful, and away from the usual city noise, yet still conveniently close to key areas in Ortigas. The atmosphere of the hotel was modern and stylish, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were well-kept, providing a cozy space to relax. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. Overall, I’d say Privato Ortigas is a solid choice for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area. I’d definitely consider booking again!

Room is dirty. Air con is noise. Towesl is not white and old. There are many insects in the restroom. I inform receiption to get rid of it during I am not in the room. I find there are insects in the restroom.

Overall, our stay was okay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Just a few suggestions or things to point out; 1. The pool area is a bit smelly 2. The food during our breakfast was limited. I think this can be improved. I believe, people will come back to your place if you can level up the cleanliness and make the breakfast, lunch and dinner more enticing by adding more food for breakfast and options for lunch and dinner.. opening a resto bar in your RD is also suggested, so guests will have a place where they can chill with drinks and good music while overlooking the city view and busy streets.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room is okay, the service was superb just had a problem with their slow elevator

There’s a cockroach in the hotel and the bedsheets and comforters are dirty. But the staff are kind and nice. Although my whole stay is disaster they manage to ensure my safety.

It was a nice stay pretty basic but covers everything you need.

First time at Privato Ortigas, the room is old and the faucet is slightly moving when you want to use it and the curtains has a stain. Price is worth it for an overnight stay

Great stay overall! The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly. However, I hope they upgrade the TV soon for a better viewing experience and their pool.

The hotel was clean and elegant. The view from the roof-deck pool at night was also astounding. When we came, only my kids and I were at the pool; it felt so private. The buffet breakfast in the morning was good also as well as the service. Thank you, we had a memorable staycation.

Nice hotel

Very accommodating. All of the staff are friendly attentive and always smile. The room ia spacious and clean . Location is very accessible to all stablishment Highly recommended. Will be back again soon
