Excellent service . Customer service excellence and they have good service for English speakers

Even if I was too short stay all was more than ok. It’s really very convenient and great located for the activities I had on schedule.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Echo Zhang at the restaurant gave us helpful recommendations on which means to choose. We appreciated her kind service. My family and I walked outside in the garden and loved the breathtaking view of the Yangtze River from our room. We plan to return for another stay.

I stayed at InterContinental the day before, and found out Holiday Inn was next door the next day, so I cancelled the InterContinental and booked here. It has the same location, better value for money, is cheaper than InterContinental, and comes with breakfast and welcome fruit.
