"Was so excited to stay here to try out their facilities and to stay / dine in their outlet. Overall staff were nice tho you can tell they’re trying their best to assist you: food came a little late as promised but it was ok..no biggie, table we sat on wasn’t clean - need to request few times to have it clean, my Aperol spritz was served without mixing it.. Terens took care of us until check out. Thank you for the amazing experience and for preparing our room. We will definitely come back."

"I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Despite paying for a room with breakfast, the front desk informed me that breakfast wasn’t available. When I contacted Agoda, they assured me that breakfast would be provided, but the front desk claimed they had not been informed by Agoda. Later, Agoda clarified that only pastries and coffee would be served, but this turned out to be false as nothing was offered. Additionally, the lobby had numerous leaks, the bathroom was constantly wet, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Given the poor communication and maintenance issues, I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast at this hotel, as you may end up being misled and disappointed. I will also be reporting this issue to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for fraud and deceit to gain money."

"It's okay. The room is clean and tidy, with no peculiar smell, and the bed can withstand a lot of pressure. The feeling of sleeping on it is similar to Simmons, softer. But there are no slippers and other supplies."
