"It has been multiple times that I’m visiting this hotel, nothing has been change aside the buffet breakfast, one of the remarkable this hotel has to offer aside from the spa is their buffet breakfast that has a lot of variety, and options but today I’m a bit disappointed, I’m looking for their starters but unfortunately it’s all has brown, they don’t serve the cheesy dynamite, same options lng kaya mukang marami, before they do have the corned beef, sausages I mean super sarap sa eyes Pati ung coffee nila out of order, kaya nakakad since I’m a coffee lover but kuddos to their TV they have NETFLIX AND YOUTUBE na kaya kahit papano we enjoy the room dati kc pang old school ung tv nila na may mga channels. But overall it’s fine sana lng ibalik nila ung super yummy na breakfast."

"The hotel looks swanky new. The views of the city are wonderful esp the skyscrapers. Booked a deluxe suite. To my dismay , an extra bed can’t be provided since they don’t have one. No working table desk, and that iş considering the spaciousness of the suite. No smart Tv options , though mirroring device is available. No Nespresso machine. Breakfast is another issue. The buffet choices seem limited (for a Marriott of course) , and took time to refill. The coffee machine doesn’t work . Anyway I kind of liked the numerous convenience stores in its vicinity and the proximity of a luxury mall . Also liked the indoor pool and fitness center."

"I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Despite paying for a room with breakfast, the front desk informed me that breakfast wasn’t available. When I contacted Agoda, they assured me that breakfast would be provided, but the front desk claimed they had not been informed by Agoda. Later, Agoda clarified that only pastries and coffee would be served, but this turned out to be false as nothing was offered. Additionally, the lobby had numerous leaks, the bathroom was constantly wet, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Given the poor communication and maintenance issues, I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast at this hotel, as you may end up being misled and disappointed. I will also be reporting this issue to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for fraud and deceit to gain money."

"Frickin’ terrible service with ridiculous rules. They only allow a maximum of 5 people to stay, even if you’ve booked a big 2-bedroom unit. It may have been my fault that I overlooked their rules before booking. I only indicated 5 people in the booking because I assumed, like most hotels, they don’t include kids in the headcount. There were 5 of us plus two 2-year-olds, and they still wouldn’t let us all stay. I had to go home during the night after our event with my 2-year-old because of their “strict policy.” We pleaded and even asked if we could pay extra—we were very willing—but they kept saying no, according to their house rules, lol. I get adhering to rules, but sending home a single person with a 2-year-old at night is just beyond perplexing. We also asked if there was any other room we could book, and of course, there was none. So we left. I booked this room as a place to stay before and after my niece’s debut event. I let my sister and her kids stay since they were very tired, and I just went home with my child. Again, I admit the shortcoming on my part for not exactly indicating that we had two 2-year-olds with us, but come on— as an accommodation provider, you should at least have contingencies in place for situations like this. I wonder how many people you’ve sent home just because they exceeded the “capacity.” By the way, the unit you were so strict about was dirty and had lots of cockroaches. Guess you take pride in that too. Thanks for nothing."
