Good service.room is clean ,and location is near my working place ,easy working.

This hotel is very new and clean. Convenient location with easy transportation. am very satisfied with the service and facilities here. I will definitely stay here again.

I'm not satisfied about the service and don't think I will book from this hotel again. I was travelling for leisure with a friend and booked the room for two night, with breakfast included. First of all, they don't even have the pick-up/drop off service with the airport, so you can only make your arrangements. After check-in in, we had to ask for a second room card as they didn't give, and the first one stopped working, it was just disabled and couldn't open the door, and we requested many times to solve the matter. Third, the room was supposed to have a courtyard view, but the window was completely covered by stairs, so the view was not nice at all and it was also quite noisy. Lastly, we requested an early check-out and takeaway breakfast due to a pretty early flight schedule. The receptionist specifically told us in a very rude way, that they would not provide takeaway breakfast and that we should have gone in some local supermarkets or convenient stores to get it. They didn't even accept to refund a small amount as a compensation for the disservice and specifically told us we would have just lost the money. I will definitely choose another hotel the next time I go to Ho Chi Minh.

New and a bit nervous about everything. Rooms are spotless and modern. Breakfast average. Location is pretty good. Could do with getting a bit of SOUL though.

recommend hotel!! good service and well organize. only one thing is cleaning the room the mate doesn't clean my room for 3 nights

酒店算是比較新的，衞生乾淨不錯，毛巾洗漱用品齊全。 酒店裝修風格偏向冷色調用水泥磚鋪貼。位置也比較方便出行，附近也比較多東西吃。

飯店是剛整修的，基本上設備都是新的，房間的空間也算足夠，浴廁的格局比較特殊，容易滲水到外面，清潔的方面需要加強，地面上有一些前房客留下來的頭髮。 距離檳城市場走路也只要5分鐘，門口進出電梯上下樓都需要刷房卡， 還有服務人員幫忙把關守門，算是滿安全的。 早餐算是很豐盛的有現煎的荷包蛋跟歐姆蛋還有現煮的河粉，可自行選擇配料。 大部分的服務人員都算友善的，就只有一位女的主管，我們從外面買東西暫時使用空的餐廳，服務人員一開始沒有意見，她看到後叫服務人員趕我們離開，那你乾脆下午就關閉餐廳就好還讓人家在外面喝飲料用電腦。

พนักงานทุกคนบริการดีกว่าที่คิดไว้มาก (โดยเฉพาะคุณ Kent) เพราะรอบแรกไปพักที่ฮานอยแล้วเจอบริการแย่ๆ และไม่ซื่อสัตย์จากพนักงานโรงแรมทำให้รู้สึกไม่ดีกับประเทศนี้มากๆ แต่พนักงานที่โรงแรมนี้บริการดีแตกต่างมากทำให้รู้สึกดีกับประเทศนี้ขึ้นมาเลย รอบๆโรงแรมมีร้านค้า และคาเฟ่น่านั่งหลายที่ ใครมาเมืองนี้ก็แนะนำเลยค่ะ

위치 좋다 부이비엔 위주로~ 커플에겐 비추 ㅋㅋㅋ 이발소가 19금 이발소라서?? 수영장은 없지만 위치와 숙소 설립날짜 생각하면 정말 쾌적하고 좋다 조식 다들 별로라 했지만 나는 참 좋았다 딱 먹기좋은 가짓수들만 있고 불필요한것은 없다 재방문의사 100프로.

從前台到房間衞生到早餐品質和種類都非常好，服務人員都是面帶笑容幫助每一位客人。地理位置很中心，也很安全。尤其前台那位戴眼鏡的小姐姐，還有Brian, Will, 等前台所有的服務員都很友善，讓我們在胡志明市有賓至如歸的感覺。以後回來還是會住這裏！

位置相當不錯，離檳城市場步行約5分鐘內 大廳是現代風格， 房間是工業簡單風，個人很喜歡 浴室很大，很爽 早餐也好吃 下次來一定還會住這裡
