酒店房子乾淨明亮！包的餐特別好吃！不過沙灘就比較小了。到這裏還是自駕方便點哦！紅海真是太美了！值得再去！

服務很好環境不錯但是設施一般（主要是房間設施，比如説我的房卡**ower的地方連結不靈需要半夜找維修的人）洗澡熱水要先放5分鐘。

Fantastic service, hotel is immaculate... I am a very fussy eater but always found something to eat, if I drink isn't on the list they will make it! Entertainment team are amazing and work super hard to get everyone involved! Staff just cannot do enough for you. This is my 5th trip to Egypt and I cannot recommend it enough!

From the moment we stepped inside the hotelreception to the last day of the trip was one of the best trips ive ever had in Egypt. We had hotell employe Reheem,he was the nr 1 guy No matter what problems or question we called Raheem,he helped us within 30 min. If we wanted to leave the hotell area and wisit the city center we called Raheem,if we ever needed anything from the hotell or even outside he helped me and my wife 24/7. Ive been to Egypt many Times before,and I can honestly say that we never meet any hotell staff like Raheem. He made Egypt feel like we were home,what a amazing guy. This hotell is Lucky to have Raheem. This man will one day own his own hotell,the spirit and heart to help People is just amazing. When ever you saw Raheem he had a smile on his face,that smile made you and everyone around him smile.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. the staff were always friendly specially chief waleed at italian restaurant and chief alaa at oriental restaurant and raheem from hospitality team The room was clean and comfortable Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone .

We enjoyed our 10 days at this hotel. The hotel and grounds are kept immaculate. Our room, whilst being a little dated decor wise, was very spacious, clean and quiet. A few more coat hangers would have been useful and it would have been nice if the mini bar had included a couple of drinks other than water as part of the AI package. The vast majority of the staff were friendly and efficient and did a great job. Although we enjoyed our holiday, a few few things prevent us from giving a 5 star rating: The food in the non a la carte restaurants was very repetitive despite the weekly themed rotation and much of it tasted the same. Although there was a vast selection of impressive looking desserts, most of them lacked flavour and what small bit of flavour there was didn’t always reflect the labelling on them, e.g. mango desserts didn’t really taste of mango, strawberry desserts didn’t taste of strawberries. The chefs obviously know how to add flavour as the food in the a la carte restaurants was fine, especially in the Italian (and the food was not just pizza and pasta). We never went hungry, but the food was not the highlight of our holiday. The managers in the restaurants need to chill out a bit and let the waiters get on with their jobs. The managers were shouting to waiters to clear tables the minute cutlery was put down or a drink finished. Often our waiter had gone to get drinks and during the short time he was away from his section some plates were ready to be cleared, as soon as our waiter returned to his section several of the managers were immediately shouting at him to clear the table. We understand that managers want tables to be cleared quickly, but they need to realise that the waiters also need to leave their sections to get drinks. The daily questioning on the beach by guest relations became very tiresome. We understand that management would like feedback but being woken up from a relaxing snooze on the beach is uncalled for, if someone appears to be snoozing then leave them be rather than wake them up! Having observed other guests who provided feedback on various aspects of their stay, we were reluctant to provide feedback about the food. Guest relations appeared to blow everything out of proportion turning an observation into a big complaint. On several occasions we heard guests stating that they were not ‘complaining’ but just wanted to mention something, nevertheless a stream of managers/chefs were brought to the beach and the guest had to explain why they were not happy (the manager/chef then seemed to explain to the guest why their observations were ‘wrong’), it all seemed a bit too much. We went on holiday to just relax on the beach and preferred not to join in with any of the activities organised by the entertainment team. We had two issues with a couple of members of the entertainment team (1) being woken up by them and constantly being told that there was no time to relax - please remind your team that for many people, the ma
