Really great hospitality and great gesture by Ms. Shafakat for helping me to book the room, she politely explained me the hotel policies and that really helped us getting the smooth check-in. The room was comfortable and i would suggest this hotel to my friends as well.

Room was spacious, linen and bed sheets were clean , staff , Front desk , bell captain all were polite and cooperative. Complelimentry breakfast was good but chance of improvement is there. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay with family. Over all good

It's terrible. Please think twice before booking. The hotel is old and rundown and smells of air freshener. It is just unbearable. Even the towels and bed linen have a strange smell which is not nice. The restaurant has very limited choice.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. All staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing too. Please arrange white lighting instead of yellow. Over all I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks!

Very good property, good food good staff Would recommend this property Nice rooms nice to stay with family. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

Very good hospitality... Great staff, big size rooms, yummy breakfast If you have kids these people are very helpful, they even cooked pudding for my kids and warmed up milk when requested. I want to thank the following staff for their great work - Mr Trivedi ( security), Deepak and Mr Shukla( restaurant staff), Teja and Jaid( Reception) Just one constructive feedback: ***agement needs to update the rooms. They are really old fashioned and dull Thank you

Very courteous staff and cosy rooms. However bathrooms are slightly small but overall good for a business trip. The lane is a bit lonely, but both the staff and can drivers assured safety. Overall the area is foos and has a lot of eateries around it
