Scary to use the elevators. Broke down every day. Front desk staff not very friendly. Bar staff were amazing.Most of the buffet staff were amazing Security staff were not very nice. Don't dare leave a towel on a lounger at 8:50 am as they will come and remove them as well as your personal belongings.All I did was go to the washroom and came back the towels and my bag were gone. Rooms were quite dirty, bed was comfortable.
Will not return.

Was like being at a military camp , watched all the time , no music aloud , drinks were terrible , no hot water in second room , first one stink of mold ,eye watering , food was sub par , if u hand beef at lunch it was beef stew at diner

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. My high points were the staff and the fellow guests. It was a nice mix of Mexicans, Canadians, and Americans. The resort itself met my expectations and I was very comfortable. The line at the bar was usually short, or none at all. Drinks were good. Food good be much bettter. The beach, while beautiful, was all beach break and not what I would call desirable. I would stay here again if I was in PV.

The food provided in the all Inclusive package is just OK. Nothing special. Lacked flavor. Comparable to Nursing or Hospital food. Not horrible but just ok. Rooms were nice and clean with plenty of hot water. English is very limited with staff but they are helpful. Nightly Entertainment was enjoyable. Adult pool was a nice option. There is very limited parking.

Overall it is a good place. The food was quite acceptable, and some days it was very, very good. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. No issues at all there. If I were going to mention anything it would be that they need better signage around the resort (and maybe a map) and that the air conditioner could have worked a bit better. Overall, I did enjoy it quite a bit.

We really enjoyed the staff very friendly and accommodating.
The property is outdated in our room we had cockroaches and found a worm in the bed. It was late at night and property didn’t have night staff for bed to be changed so I shared the other bed with my sister. They did offered us another room but it was late.
