Fantastic hotel quiet and relaxing very steep hill but well worth it totally recommend

Amazing location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Stayed in the Deluxe Studio which was a big room with a patio terrace area. Very clean and food is great too.

Buon ristorante aperto solo a pranzo in bassa stagione e bella piscina con sauna, purtroppo non sono riuscita ad usufruire la vasca idromassaggio, nonostante molto vicino al caos di Puerto del Carmen è un posto estremamente silenzioso con un letto molto comodo, se mi muniti di auto consiglio di cenare a 'la ermita' a tre km circa ma ne vale veramente la pena, check-in anticipato molto gradito alle ore 11, da ritornare sicuramente!!

For a winter break these apar**ents are perfect. The pool area is recently refurbished and very clean with nice sun beds. It’s perfectly located for the main town and its many bars and restaurants. All the staff were very friendly. A special mention for Lumy who runs the pool bar/restaurant with a lovely smile. She deserves a pay rise! Will return soon

We stayed in an apar**ent with a pool view. This hotel was perfect for us as it was clean, quiet, relaxed and friendly - great to come back to after a day on the beach or an evening out in the local bars and restaurants (10-15 walk). The staff can’t do enough for you and although the facilities are simple and basic (2*), the service was exceptional. It is even possible to book a shower in a private and specially designated room if you have a late flight and are checking out at 11am. The food and drinks are of a high quality and reasonably priced, although slightly more expensive than on the promenade where you can get a pint for 2€, where at the hotel it’s about 3.90€. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are really clean and the room had a good shower. The towels could be updated as some of them seemed to be fraying a bit on the ends. However, just a minor feature. The hotel is fully accessible for people with limited mobility, although it is on a steep hill so if you’re likely to struggle with this then you can get a cab down to the promenade for 3.50€. We’ll definitely be back.

We had an absolutely fantastic 8 night stay here. The staff are amazing, really helpful and friendly, each and every one of them! Nothing is too much trouble. The whole complex is immaculately clean. No fights for sunbeds plenty for everyone! Our room was spacious and clean with all the essential equipment needed for self catering.Enjoyed a few lunches at pool bar during our stay. Nice short stroll down to the “*****” and just as well placed for old town. We have now rebooked to return in September, can’t wait!

Loved my stay here. Friendly and helpful reception team. Room spotless and spacious. Kitchen area well equipped. Relaxing pool area with great pool (always sun beds available at anytime of day - no nonsense with folks reserving from early morning). On site cafe was decent (had a couple of breakfasts and one lunch), with friendly, efficient service and was good value for money. Good location, relatively quiet and easy access to both main town ***** and the old town harbour area. Excellent check out service for late airport transfers where you can book a shower to freshen up before travelling. Only improvement suggestion I have is room 101 would benefit from a hook or towel rail in the shower room.

What to say? Don’t read the bad petty reviews! We had AN AMAZING HOLIDAY! We just came back from a week holiday in Sol Lanzarote! From the moment we walked in to when we left everything was amazing! In few words! STAFF: very hard working and helpful especially the animation team always working so hard from dawn to night! ( a special mention to Luca from the mini club and the lovely Spanish guys)oh ! Even the hotel , John, is an amazing funny guy! FOOD: amazing!! So much choice all the time and different every day! Spoilt for choice) from lovely fresh fish to lovely meat dishes, sweet buffet …. Literally amazing !!! ROOMS: nice spacious rooms and super clean ! Swimming pools very good especially the middle pool heated !great for kids! GREAT PLACE !!! Right by the beach and 10 minutes from the airport! WE LL BE BACK NEXT YEAR DEFINITELY!!! ! We will miss you!!!

Clean, friendly and modern, lovely place to visit, up hill behind ***** from linkers bar, no good for elderly as a little bit of an uphill hike, but well worth it so peaceful and quiet, and our room was so big and spacious with lots of storage and a very well equipped kitchen area, the bathroom very modern walk in 🚿 shower
