They are unfriendly and rude. A staff member discuss with me because I put my trash in a shopping bag because there was no Bin in the room except in the bathroom. The staff member tried to Dady that I have to put the trash in the bin in the bathroom which nobody can’t identify directly if you have trash. So try to avoid this place for your trip if you want to have have happy days in Porto.

サービスや清潔度は良かったものの、設備とアメニティが残念だと感じた。web上ではタオルがあるとあったが、実際はなかった。また、ベッドの二階になるとだれかが部屋に入ったり歩いたりするたびに揺れる。私の部屋は夜2時まで賑やかな人がおり、朝5時にアラームをかけ喋り出す人がいたため、全然寝れなかった。そのリスクを許容できる人なら、従業員さんも親切で清潔なのでいいと思う。

May 2024: An unforgettable stay in the city of Porto, thanks in particular to "UrbanGardenPorto". The hostel is truly a little corner of paradise: impeccable cleanliness, a flowery and friendly garden, a varied and gourmet breakfast, quality bedding, a generous and too cute bar... The service provided at the hostel is outstanding in creating great comunity of travelers. I also appreciate kind of privacy provided at the dormitory by introduction of sleeping pods instead of just ordinary beds.

Very nice property…just outside of the busier areas of Porto so much quieter. Lovely garden area with hammocks, flameless candles, a bar, etc…and a very sassy cat! Good breakfast too. Everyone was very kind and everything was very clean

Central location, I could visit everything by foot without using public transports. Friendly and professional Staff. Very clean place, respecting covid precautions. Amazing and comfy "capsules" that made me feel not sharing the room with the others. Finally, nice common areas (with Netflix, PS4) with a garden and bar that is a real gem in the middle of the city.

The concept is amazing anyway but this gem in Porto is definitely mastering the Urban Garden feeling. Friendly staff, elegantly designed garden to help enjoying the chores of sightseeing. Definitely a "must see"
