It is an absolutely overpriced, overrated place. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms, the living room, the dining room, overall is beautiful, but the food is overrated, they brought us a cold and hard "just baked croissant" and a very smelly fish. The staff has absolutely no premium rating training, nobody receives you properly for the price you are paying and there are no bell boys, we had to carry our luggage to our room with an exterior ramp, with divisions between them where the luggage wheels got stuck every meter and a half. And after our stay, then the same story, to the car. We would have felt happy to arrive in such a place for the third of its price, not a penny more! And we were lucky enough to cancel dining there -when we had breakfast the following morning, we were happy to have cancelled dinner. It is a shame Relais & Chateaux do not supervise the quality and training of the staff. They do not deserve to belong to such a famous Hotel chain.
