El servicio es excelente, cuentan con estacionamiento, para mí la ubicación es perfecta porque así lo requería pero si buscas algo muy céntrico no es una opción.

The staff here were warm, friendly, and genuinely accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had the best experience possible. Their kindness and effort created a truly wholesome and memorable atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels this authentic and genuine. Ibis Plzen is located in the commercial zone of Borska Pole, making it an excellent choice for business meetings. Additionally, it caters to leisure travelers who will appreciate its quiet location, complete with a bus stop right outside the hotel. There is ample free parking available behind the hotel. The rooms are clean, and breakfast features a variety of tasty options, including several types of ham and salami, cheese, sausages, fried and scrambled eggs, breads, fresh vegetables, desserts, and much more. The staff is professional and very helpful, particularly Ms. Valerie P., who is knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions. Overall, this hotel ranks among the best Ibis locations I've experienced, and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is about a 20-minute bus ride from the train station. Bus number 15, check Google Maps. It is located in a huge warehouse district, there is a mall about 5 minutes away by bus 15, the hotel is at the end of the bus line, you can't miss it. Other than the mall there is nothing in the hotel area. The hotel check-in was friendly and I had requested a corner room to accommodate me. The room was very clean, the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. WiFi was excellent, there was also a TV and minifridge. Breakfast was good, many items to choose from. All in all, a nice stay, in a very quiet area of the city.

We were visiting Plzen with a group of young adults who were competing in a major sports event in the Plzen area. We made the Ibis our base for 9 nights and it could not have been better. As others have said the rooms are clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms. But what makes this place is the really pleasant downstairs and outdoors area and of course the unfailingly charming, helpful and professional staff. A highlight for us was the evening buffet, which catered for all tastes and dietary requirements in our hungry group with a good variety of appetising and healthy dishes including plenty of salad. Overall this was a fantastic home from home for us and we would definitely choose the Inis if we returned to Plzen.

What a nice surprise, probably the best Ibis we’ve ever stayed in. It don’t look much from the outside but the rooms were more than adequate for our one night stay. Good sized, beautifully clean with an enormous shower. Tea making facilities and a hair dryer were a welcome addition. Staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was really good. I’d happily stay here again. Ibis Ostend take note… that’s a whole different review!

Everything was perfect. Clean room, free parking, tasty breakfast and dinner, nice staff, good location, free internet connection. I am sure that it was not my last stay in this hotel and I will recomed it to my friends.

We were satisfied with accomodation, people in restaurant and in reception were friendly, service was very good. Cleanliness was good too. Food in restaurant was delicious, everybody must choose food in breakfast.
