Good location. Accessible to malls and restaurants where you can dine in nearby. Internet is not that great for a "wfh" like me, but it still does the job. Yung deluxe twin room yung binooked ko, 2 rooms, since apat kami and each room can only have max 2 adults, kaso medyo magkalayo yung inassigned samin na room. Sana consider nila na mag katabi or magkatapat yung rooms since family kami, though, hindi ko sya narequest, sana alam na nila yun lol

I can feel very impressed from the first step into the room will see beautiful and most importantly very clean must be soft and comfortable. There are many pillows to choose from to make you sleep well all night long. The room has a large screen TV, air conditioning that is cool enough, save in the part that you want to use a notebook and a relaxing corner with a comfortable sofa, a clean toilet with strong liquid flow, complete toiletries Make sure that is clear and very relaxing to see a little soft light through and start the day very well The staff here also provide good service, no jam and talk about travel information or recommend delicious restaurants nearby. To get a great room, worth the price and really suitable for relaxation and will definitely come back again!

This is a good place for families if you want to go around Tagaytay-- close to everything (SM mall, restaurants, sites, etc). Price is really good, staffs are very good and helpful too. Amenities are perfect for what you need. Value is excellent for all the things that this hotel offers! The area is close to residential houses, particularly in our front view, where you can hear dogs, cats, and other noises. Due to the short notice and brief stay, the overall experience was just average. The breakfast was not a buffet, and the plated breakfast served was a small portion. This place is suitable for a short stay, but not for an extended one.

Spend overnight in this hotel and we had a great time. Perfectly located near Tagaytay's Rotonda, surrounded by Malls and Restaurants. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable bed, strong wifi signal, with complete toiletries and coffee spread. It also have a Cafe serving great foods at the lobby, a back garden and a lap pool area. Hotel staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for travellers and tourists looking for an affordable hotel located at the heart of Tagaytay City.

The pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing spot to unwind.

The hotel is modern and clean and located next to a shopping mall. The room is small, particularly the bathroom, but it represented good value for the money paid. The staff at reception were pleasant and allowed us to check in even though we arrived an hour before the hotel check in time. A lot of hotels we stayed at in the Philippines were not flexible with the check in time. All in all a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself is clean and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was how accommodating the staff were to our needs as a family with a newborn. They thoughtfully placed us in a quiet part of the hotel, which made a huge difference in ensuring our baby could rest peacefully. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay, especially families. We will definitely be coming back!

Overall experience was excellent. I really appreciate the staffs especially the receptionist or lobby area. They are very accommodating, lively and kindness. The Baker J breakfast was delicious but the juice and coffee has nothing special. The price is also expensive. I think the only thing I didn't like is the location, because there's no beautiful view near at the hotel and even tourist spots are too far but still the place was good. Thanks!

The staff were really accomodating, always greets the guests with a smile. Sad that we weren’t able to take a dip the following day ‘cause the tagaytay weather was really cold! Our anniversary was extra special because of you guys! Keep it up!

The room is good for short trips or business trips. They provided the basic things you need although I had to request for face towels and a foot towel as this was not found in the room initially. Providing a pitcher for water and having water dispensers in every floor is a more practical way of offering drinking water instead of pet bottles. They had housekeeping clean the room on a daily basis. The coffee shop found on the ground floor was not that big but we managed to get a seat when we had a quick breakfast before checking out. The people were all friendly and very accommodating. Though the hotel is behind the FORA mall, it was a bit heartbreaking that the mall did not have much stores (restos and retail) to offer but has a drug store, convenient store and grocery which is what is important.
