Ulasan Hoian Sincerity Hotel & Spa

The hotel is very old and quite worn down. When we first checked in, we were given a room facing a metal wall, and the noise from the AC was terrible. Thankfully, after we asked to be moved, they gave us a much nicer room — quiet, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The receptionist Silvia was very helpful and kind. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel was very good, staff people are very nice and kind. I wish we could use the pool as it was rainy when we were there. Room was very clean. Everything was nice except there was less lighting in the room I don't why. Apart from that everything was 10/10 or 9/10. No less than that.

Tourists staying here must be careful with your belongings to avoid them being stolen! An incident happened during my stay at the hotel. My branded Louis Vuitton scarf was stolen by a room cleaning worker. When I asked the front desk, their explanation was that the worker accidentally took it along with the towels and bed sheets? I was puzzled! The scarf has such a distinctive pattern and different color, how could it be mistaken? After a few hours of searching, they finally returned the scarf to me, but it had been cut and had pilled! I was very disappointed with the cleaning worker, although the front desk lady was very patient and apologized sincerely. This is a hotel strongly recommended by my friend, located in Hoi An city, Vietnam—Hotel Hoi An Sincerity. Indeed, their service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very kind and helpful in dealing with our issues and explaining travel details. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. I just feel the bed is a bit too old and not very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, I would rate it 7 out of 10.

Quite simply a great place to stay

Заселили сразу по прибытии. В номере чайная станция, халаты, одноразовые зуб щётки, пасты пополняются каждый день. Кровать удобная. В отеле тихо,спокойно. Завтраки шведский стол разнообразные и вкусные. Есть бассейн, тренажерный зал. На пляж возит трансфер по расписанию. Единственная просьба к отелю на ресепшене в свободном доступе поставить питьевую воду и кофемашину. Все остальное супер. Рекомендую.

직원분들 친절합니다 체크인 체크아웃시 캐리어를 직접 운반해 주실뿐 아니라 볼때마다 반갑게 '신짜오'하며 인사해 주십니다 자전거를 빌릴수 있어 올드타운뿐 아니라 로컬 '탄안마켓'까지 쉽게 구경할수 있었습니다 또한 리셉션 예약후 셔틀버스로 나이트마켓, 안방비치를 무료로 다녀올수 있어 편리합니다 아침 조식뷔페도 휼륭하며 더운 낮시간 풀장에서 수영하기 좋습니다 수영장은 최대 수심 1.8미터로 주의가 필요합니다 호이안에 다시 온다면 꼭 방문할 생각입니다

여기 좋네요 가격은 3만원대로 잡았습니다 계절우 5월이고요 다음에도 가격대가 비슷하다면 당연히 여기로 잡을려고 합니다 전망을 중요하게 생각하시는 분들은 여기말구 다른곳을 잡아주시길 바랍니다 전망은 없다고보심될듯 호이안 올드쿼터까지 다니는 셔들도 있으니 걱정마시고 이용하시길

직원분들이 정말 친절하시고, 조식도 정말 맛있어요. 수영장도 예쁘고 룸 컨디션도 최고입니다. 셔틀버스가 있어서 다니기도 편했어요. 다음에 호이안가면 또 방문할거예요!

너무나 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 머무는동안 편안했습니다 시설은 조금 되었지만 청소가 잘되고 수영장도 놀기 적당했고 조식도 괜찮은편이었어요 체크아웃날 로비에 캐리어백을 하나 놓고갔는데 그랩으로 보내주셔서 감사합니다🙂 끝까지 감사하게 마무리했네요

가성비호텔로 유명해서 왔는데, 너무 만족하고 갑니다. 위치, 조식, 수영장도 좋았지만 직원분들 너무 친절하고 따뜻해요. 호이안 여행오면 또 방문하고 싶어요.
