Ulasan Melia Phuket Mai Khao

The design of the hotel room is stunning. Semi outdoor bathroom and outdoor bathtub is one of a kind. However, if you are very scared with insects, you may need to be extra careful.

A great resort to getaway from the busy city touristy Phuket. Amazing service and access to the private beach area of Mai Khao beach, it is a great place to unwind and relax

Location is about 2.5 km from the nearest 7-11. Breakfast selection is ok and quality is consider good. Staff are friendly but not service oriented.

One of the best hotels in Phuket. Amazing pools and breakfast. Just right next to the airport. Will def come back!

Hotel is very exclusive and private. Nice architectural design and decoration. Beachfront was quite a disappointment. Considering what Melia promotes in terms of environment protection and sustainability actions, beach front is simply a plastic bottles waste yard. Very very disappointing for such secluded place. Melia and other very few hotels in that beach should join efforts to collect so many bottles and plastic waste.

Beautiful hotel

The room was clean. Had an amazing birthday celebration. Was given a cheesecake for my birthday, very nice of them. 👍🏼

The resort is very new. Facilities & staff are superb. The shower area, which is covered by a curtain, may cause some concern for the ladies during strong winds.

Friendly staff, breakfast can have more selections , very private and secluded area. Excellent overall, would stay again

It spacious and clean , the beddings are so comfy! At night I take a warm bathtub at outside while enjoying the breezes and watching stars . I’m satisfied with those freshly fruits , vegetables and drinks as I’m a vegetarian and raw food lover , they even provide gluten-free bread . Most importantly, The Spa is Amazing !

Nice hotel with a excellent service Even there is far far away from the main attraction in Phuket, but enable to enjoy a quiet and peaceful accommodation experience. Beautiful beach and swimming pool ❤️ And delicious breakfast

Cash lost in the hotel room. I really enjoyed staying in Melia Mai Khao until I found out my money was stolen in the hotel room. I was not satisfied how they handled this case. The fact is my cash was lost during my stay and they just replied with no suspicious found , they have daily operation and they can’t find any foreign currency. I have no clue why I need to choose a 5 star hotel but they can not secure my stay. And so, it makes me feel like I can’t left with my luggage open for the room I paid for as they replied they have safe in the room.
