I booked the hotel and paid online for 445.12 and when I check in front desk ask me to pay $300 and now I came back I got charged $558.72 from the hotel. I'm not sure what is this but if there is hidden fee please let the customer know this, this was my business trip and I need to process my invoice for business travel. this does not help me at all. paying twice for same hotel. from online and at the hotel. I even told the front desk man I paid online.

Overall we had a very good time because the Pool is amazing 🤩 but we had some issues with the AC . But I recommend the hotel

Our room had a dirty shirt and used flosser in the corner of one room. There was a white crusty substance on the furniture in the living room, and someone's makeup under a bed. There was also crusty glassware. The room was not cleaned properly, but we arrived too late to move our little kids to a new one.

We were politely greeted by the staff. I had a couple of maintenance issues, but the maintenance staff came and handled it immediately. No problems. The hotel was clean. The location was perfect because there is a store and shopping center right across the street. Also, it was not too far from the *****, but far enough to get away from the crowd.

The place is great for family and just good enough distance away from craziness from the ***** but not too far for fun

I like the style, features and the furniture, compared to the previous design, this remodel made this resort/room 10x better I would stay here again !

We had a decent stay. There were a few things that we experienced that would prevent me from staying there again in the future. We called the morning of our check in to see if we needed to bring a pack n play for our infant, they assured us that they had them at the hotel. When we checked in (around 8:30pm), they said it would be up in our room soon. 30 min later, we hadn’t heard anything so we called and they said it was still on the way. We had to call two more times until they finally said they didn’t have any left. We had a not so great night sleep trying to accommodate the situation. When I spoke to them in the morning, it turns out the person from the night before just didn’t know where they were stored. We finally got it by lunch the next day. In addition to that, the room was “their best room” - we got a suite the day before at a discounted price. The room just felt older and outdated - the shower drain would flood and leak out into the bathroom, the carpet and furniture seemed older, etc. It wasn’t all bad - the room was spacious. It gave us plenty of space for our family. The pool was good, nothing particularly crazy but good enough for the kids to have fun. They did try to sign us up for a timeshare pitch immediately upon checking in. It’s worth noting that Hilton purchased this existing hotel, so it’s not up to the normal standard I would expect. Again, it was a fine stay but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Was a great property overall. Resort was short staffed, some pools and 2 waterslides were closed. The booking said we were a 5 min drive from the *****. We were at least 15 mins away with no traffic.

Extremely disappointed! I could have stayed at another hotel for half the price and had access to the pool and spa until 10PM. We arrived and had reservations for Meow Wolf and we were very much looking forward to coming back and enjoying the pool and spa only to learn one of the pools is closed for repairs or?? And the available pool and spas closed at 6pm. I checked the website and states pool is open until 8PM but that wasn’t the case according to lifeguards and posted signs. Absolutely ridiculous

Our room smelled bad and didn’t feel clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable and heard the workers outside late being so loud.

We have stayed here over the years due to the customer service and the staff. And they continue to do an outstanding job of making you feel safe and comfortable. The only thing that would make this place better would be an update. The entire room still looks exactly the same from 10 years ago and the furniture feels smells like it. The house keeping staff is doing their best with what they have but- definitely need some help with an update. The front desk staff especially Sheena and her team were amazing! We look for To the next time we are there. Thank you again.
