Ulasan Hotel Gracery Asakusa

The location is pretty near Asakusa, about a 5 minutes walk! The room’s design is great, especially the toilet with both the toilet bowl and shower area separated. However, service wise it was lacking. The staffs are not helpful, one gave an annoyed look when you ask him questions and one refuse to help when I asked if he can help me measure the length of my luggage with a measuring tape.

We really enjoyed our stay here, even though the room wasn’t as spacious as we would like but it’s good enough for our 2 medium-sized suitcases. We got Tokyo Skytree view from our room which was super lovely. The hotel staffs were also very friendly and the room was cleaned every day. Will come back for sure!

Stayed in a twin single room, 807, perfect view of the Skytree. A very spacious room with lots of windows and sunlight. Can easily open two luggages. The separate wet and dry bathrooms were definitely a plus. Super polite and welcoming staff and I appreciate that they can speak English. The hotel is only a three minute walk from the station. Super convenient train direct to Haneda. Would definitely stay at this hotel next time!

Location wise was very convenient and plenty of good food around

Very close to the Asakusa station. Lots of eating places nearby and you can walk to the temple area and undercover shopping/eating streets. You can a nice view of the Skytree from the nearby bridge - photo attached. Good selection of comp amenities in the lobby and a waiting area with tables.

Great Location, walking distance to Asakusa Temple and restaurants, reasonable hotel costs, room is comfortable and is bigger than other Tokyo hotels.

Good location. Near the train stations and Asakusa area. Plenty of shops and restaurants. And you can walk to Sumida river walk too. Room size is a bit small for two persons and two large luggages but manageable. Double bed is smaller than expected. But overall it’s reasonable price for Tokyo. Lots of amenities are provided at the lobby even the hair treatment cream.

Hotel is very well maintained, friendly service staff and location is very convenient

Easy access from both Narita and Haneda Airports by train. Going to other areas in the city is easy by subway.

Very good location near subway and temple. I had a room with sky tree view.

Best location near sensoji. Good helpful reception. Did i mention, they me keep my frozen food in their freezer.

Good value for money hotel in Asakusa area. Plenty of good food options nearby.
