The room was clean and comfortable and 5 star customer service. Esey access in to Mancheste. And found a cool spider 100% will stay again

Heating in room didn't work.Tv didn't work so had to move rooms.Staff V helpful and restaurant quite nice with limited menu.

All in all, it reminds me of the motels on America. Only thing missing was a pool. The young man behind the bar was so friendly and helpful. Yeah would go back..

The place requires a total refurbishment. They have notices around the property. My experience: PRO: The tv Cons: Very LUMPY BED. You can feel the springs. Lights do not work in the room and bathroom.

The hotel and staff where lovely a bit dated but it’s being updated at the moment the staff were lovely and food was lovely and cooked fresh

Excellent value. Room was very clean, staff were pleasant upon arrival and later in the evening when we called for a drink. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and nicely cooked.

Stayed a few nights could not wait to leave front rooms in hotel felt different to one in back do no ask why to busy at front I think but not to bad if u just need a bed and shower 🤩🤩🤩
