The room that they assigned to us was wonderful! Walked a few stairs down and we had the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed. A few cons were that we ordered for a bucket of ice and they charged us 50K vietnamese dong, we obviously thought it was free of charge so we were startled by this kind of service. Also, the staff had an attitude that they didn’t seem to talk or accommodate you, they seemed forced to be there and try to smile forcefully. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to ask for things or questions. When you pay for something like this you do expect everything to be top notch. The sunset restaurant’s menu had a 30% surcharge during Chinese New Year, and the fish and chips was literally fish fingers instead of a fried cod, so we were shocked. Also the location is quite a walk from other nearby restaurants, so if you want to get around, you have to rent a bike or call a grab.

Customer service is very kind. Conveniently located near the night market. There are two pools and both are clean. The room is spacious and has a good view of the garden from the balcony. The bath is also spacious. The restaurant in the hotel is reasonably priced and delicious. Located along the coast, the evening scenery is beautiful on sunny days.

My family stayed 7 nights at the villa, it was so far so good, except a big surprise when we did checkout today. the front desk lady told me one toilet tissue fabric cover lost, and asked me to sign the paper for the discrepancy. It is a really ridiculous request. I told her she could not do that, and if hotel management requested that, they have to do double thinking. Firstly you did not go through checklist with me when I did check in, secondly how about I tell you I lost my underwear in my room, can you pay me the same? At last, what is the value of a toilet tissue cover? It is non-sense you bring up a challenge like this to customer.

Excellent resort, looks exactly like the pictures, breakfast is very good, swimming pools have an incredible view but the best thing was how nice, gentle and extremely professional the hospitality workers were. They are extremely fast, very attentive to anything we asked for and last but not least always present. Would definitely recommend it !

Amazing Sunset on the beach. So comfortable and relax with comfortable weather. The room is clean and comfortable, staff is professional and nice. I will book book it again in the future when I travel phu quoc.

This is one of the best, most memorable hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The pools and private beach were just spectacular, and watching the sunset from the infinity pool was pure magic. The sunset restaurant was well-priced and delicious, and the service in general was outstanding. The rooms were big, clean, bright, and extremely comfortable. Around the corner from the resort is a little neighborhood with lots of restaurants…I recommend the Portuguese/Vietnamese fusion one. You can borrow a bike from the hotel and be there in minutes. The only thing that can be improved about the hotel is the gym, which was quite outdated. Otherwise, an absolutely perfect resort.
