The hotel is situated in the central major cbd and very convenient, with many restaurants and department stores nearby. The design of the room is a little dated, but the room is modernized with power curtains, usb wall outlets, centralized light controls and power toilet. The amenities were well equipped. The rooms are very spacious. The health centre on the top floor is very nice. You can either be in the gym, using the spa or swimming while overlooking the view if Taipei. The staff are polite and helpful. I would certainly recommend the hotel anyone visiting Taipei.

They upgraded my room! I really enjoy staying in Okura Prestige. The gym is great and they have sauna and pools. The location is good too, you can go shopping and a walkable distance to night markets

Best location, next to shopping centres and MRT station. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. The services is detailed and attentive. I will stay again when I go to Taipei again.

I visit Taipei once every one or two months but this was my first time staying in Okura Prestige Taipei. I personally love this hotel very much because of the staff's excellent service. I had a special request due to my daughter's health issue and the staff tried her best to accommodate my needs. I can see staffs everywhere to assure their guests are being well taking care of. All the staffs are very helpful and pay attention to guests needs. Whenever I requested anything from my room, staffs will deliver in a few minutes and present to me with a smile. Okura Prestige Taipei will be my only choice to stay whenever I visit Taipei in the future. Thank you all for their assistance.

Best choice for Taipei City. The breakfast is also enjoyable

I booked a hotel to celebrate my birthday, and booked a city view room through Trip.com. When I checked in and entered the room, the view was completely different, and all I could see were the roofs of old houses. I checked with the front desk, and the female staff member, Ms. Ye, told us that we could change to a city view room if we paid extra. I can't believe it! I booked a city view, so why would I have to pay extra? Also, the hotel called the day before to confirm the reservation and said that they would accommodate my birthday celebration on Friday the 12th. It ruined the stay that my family had made so much effort to arrange. It was very unpleasant.

I am travelling with family with elderly. The location is good. Room design is good. Staff are helpful and responsive. It’s close to metro and it’s easy to get a taxi there too. Many restaurants around and in a walkable distance. Love the spa there as well. It’s also lovely to have the snacks inside room upon check in. Good to have something to eat and wind down after check in.

Excellent service. This is my first choice hotel when I travel to Taipei.

Over all a good hotel but pearl lounge bar services is bad and Chinese restaurant services needs improvement
