The hotel is conveniently situated near to the train station. We were able to check in before our check-in time. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Good location next to train station - due to ongoing building works at the train station it’s easiest/quicker to get to the hotel near the entrance/exit closest to platform 16 (I ply found this out after walking the long way round 🤦♀️). Refurbished room was nice. Bath was small. Would opt for walk-in shower next time. Temperature too warm but staff provided a fan on request. Double bed fine for a solo traveller. Wouldn’t have been too comfortable for two. No radio in room or on TV which would have been nice. Robes, slippers, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and hair fro provided. Breakfast - good selection for hot and cold breakfast options. Would be nice to have better decaf coffee. Newly renovated lobby area was nice. Perfume smell wafted into breakfast room and was a bit overpowering at times. That being said the ground floor entrance doesn’t smell good (you’ll get over it) so I can see why this is needed. Newly renovated lobby/bar area is nice. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Overall I had a pleasant stay and I would stay here again as a solo traveller. If I was travelling with another adult we would require a larger bed to ensure a more comfortable rest/sleep so possibly an upgrade or a second room would be needed.

Amazing hotel and beautiful decor. Me and my girlfriend went for my birthday and were treated to two free drinks for the occasion and a room upgrade which was so appreciated. Great staff and perfect location

My stay at the Hilton was amazing the facilities were great and kept tidy, the view was good and the room was spacious definitely recommend

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here a few times now, and it’s such a lovely place to stay. Clean, friendly, food is gorgeous and it’s in a great location.

This is a lovely hotel with plenty of parking, facilities and rooms. The room was lovely and clean with good facilities, a huge tv and a beautiful bathroom. Good location very near the centre. The only issue we had was trying to get room service after 11pm. It does state 24/7 but no one picked up when we tried to ring. Would recommend this hotel and I would use it again.

On the day I checked out, I found that the headset was left in the room. I called the front desk and they said they would keep it for me. But at 5:00 p.m., I found out that my headset had been sold to an electronics store ten kilometers away through Apple’s location function. This kind of irresponsible attitude is completely unacceptable to me.

The environment is very good, the hotel service is also good, very satisfied

service was lovely, maybe thought the parking could be cheaper for customer staying at the hotel but otherwise very nice to stay in.

Breakfast was really nice, with a very good selection, from continental to cereal. The staff were really helpful. Room was very warm, tidy and cosy.

We stayed here as we were visiting to see Lewis Capaldi at the Arena The staff were really welcoming and helpful Our room was clean tidy and really nice I can't fault our stay would defo come back
