Saya suka suasana sekeliling hotel yang menenangkan dan mendamaikan.

Hotel yang sangat sangat sangat betbaloi.. bilik luas dan sangat bersih.

Servis sangat bagus. Mesra pelanggan. Sarapan simple, tapi menyelerakan. Setiap request cuba ditunaikan. Cuma bilik sahaja, saya dapat bilik dekat Kolam. TV ada masalah, di betulkan, dan dipesan supaya jangan off TV. Tapi housekeeping datang, TV dah off dan kembali masalah. Ada nyamuk sikit. Mungkin sebab design villa saya tu mudah nyamuk masuk dengan dinding buluh. Saya ada inform semasa booking yg birthday anak saya. Tapi tiada apa effort dari pihak hotel. Biasanya dengan hotel lain mereka ada buat simple surprise, yg confirm pelanggan akan beri 5 star rating. Tapi tiada apa2 pun. Wish pun tak ada. Sini kira oklah. Ngamho lah.

Bunyi unggas di malam hari. Menu sarapan yang ringkas, cukup untuk lapik perut. Pagi atau petang boleh memandu ke Pantai Tanjung Rhu (15 minit) untuk mandi manda. Kedai makan berhampiran juga banyak.

Kbtln masa stay sini musim lebah..so Ari kedua stay ank kena sengat lebah..apepn ok jer semua sepanjang stay sini..suka bersih Dan bilk besar..

Nice location, and clean rooms, but they have frog pound next to the pools so there are many frongs that can get ready loud at night. Staff is ok. We had Geckos every night in our room. So if you are not a nature person this is not the place for you. Wifi also didn't work (very slow) so have you Sim data ready.

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities. I will recommend others for sure!

The Worst Stay – Avoid This Hotel! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this so-called resort. It is run by completely unprofessional people who have no sense of hospitality. Breakfast Nightmare: They reuse items like butter and jam, which were spoiled and smelled awful. Hygiene seems to be non-existent. Horrible Room Conditions: The room was extremely dusty, and the toilet was a disaster—there was a live frog inside and a swarm of bees! It took over two hours just to get someone to remove the frog. Scammy Pricing: I booked a cheap one-night stay online, but when I inquired about an upgrade, they insisted on charging the full tariff rate. Their excuse? "Too many foreigners are booking." How is that fair or logical? Overall, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs!

Great resort in quiet and secluded area with beautiful view on hills covered with forest. Swimming pool is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our family (2+2) stayed there in two bedrooms apartment and we felt very well there.

The room is spacious however the cleanliness of the room leave much to desire. There is lizard poop everywhere in the corner. The location is ok surrounded by rainforest which is quiet and cool.

Good Place to experience… Located in remote rural area… If you have your own transport, no issue for you… You need to travel at least 10-15 kilometres to go to the tourist spots… Having said that the place is highly recommended… Everything is perfect… The room, the amenities, the staffs, the services, the foods, the cleanliness, the facilities, the ambience was just amazing and great too… The view here was fantastic…
