Staff is friendly and helpful. The receptionist speaks English well.

we took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids. We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

Clean basic hotel next to Wuzhen Ancient Town Gate 2. Front desk staff helped with luggage to third floor as there is no lift. Staff also helpful with our Didi booking and waited with us for the car. Good location, many eateries around.

A cozy and comfortable homestay right next to Xizha entrance. The room is more spacious than in Shanghai, bigger bed and bathroom as well. You can eat delicious homemade lunch and dinner here with good price. The host can speak English and are very friendly. They even helped us check for bus ticket to Hangzhou and then drove us to the bus station. Highly recommend!!!

The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with complete facilities and brand new decoration. The service attitude of the boss and his family is very good, from actively helping to carry luggage to the door when entering the store, to answering various questions kindly, and being able to help customers solve some minor difficulties. In short, it feels very comfortable to stay here, and you will feel at home when you are away from home!

The room is very spacious, the balcony has a great view, it is close to Songzi Laifeng Bridge, there are places to eat at the door, it is relatively quiet, the service is in place, the attitude is quite good, I will come again! Super good!

I was traveling with my family. When I was looking for a room online, I saw this hotel with good reviews. After arriving at the hotel, I found that the room was indeed clean and hygienic. More importantly, the boss's thoughtful service made our family feel very warm and added icing on the cake for this trip to Wuzhen.

This homestay is very close to the No. 2 gate of Xizha Scenic Area. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. I came out to play alone. The front desk was very considerate and attached a travel guide to Wuzhen and a lightning avoidance guide, which is great! ! ! I will recommend friends to stay in this homestay in the future! ! P.S. The boss was also very enthusiastic to help with the luggage! !

This B&B is much better than expected, with a beautiful environment. It is next to the entrance of the scenic area. The young man also helped to upgrade the room. The three of us sisters lived very comfortably except for a slight smell which might be due to the humidity! Everything else is good!

It was my first time to visit Wuzhen and I went alone. I didn’t know the way. The hotel manager helped me find the way and drove me to buy a bus ticket to Shanghai. Thank you so much. For a foreigner, this made me feel warm inside. The room was clean and comfortable.
