Check in jam 5 sore dan diberitahu kamar belum siap. Didesak untuk check out jam 12 siang keesokan harinya. Meskipun saya bilang saya tidak perlu sarapan, mereka terus mendesak saya. Saya sudah memilih jenis tempat tidur saat memesan , tetapi mereka terus bertanya kepada saya yang mana yang harus dipilih. Mereka mengatakan mereka akan melihat Tidak ada pilihan dalam formulir pemesanan, dan butuh waktu lama untuk menyadari bahwa kamar tidak dibersihkan dan ini menunda waktu. Tidak bisa Dia langsung memintaku untuk menunggu sebentar? Aku benar-benar muak dengan cara berpikirnya yang bertele-tele! Daftar masuk jam 5 sore! Tidak dibersihkan!

Free laundry service was a plus. Clean, modern, and functional rooms. Large TV in room. Breakfast was not particularly tasty but was satisfactory. Apparently you need a local number to connect to the wifi. Overall a pleasant stay.

i was never disappointed with Ji hotels. The room plan is well designed and practical. The electric bidet is nice esp. during winter with a warm seat. The room is spacious for 2 persons. They also provide 6 or 8 bottles(I forgot the exact number.) of drinking water in the room. The amenities are all provided. The ancient city is around 2 km away. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the walk actually.

The two front desk staff on night shift during my stay were very helpful and friendly. Even though me and my friend had a lot of questions, the night shift front desk staff patiently explained and recommended restaurants and attractions.

Very nice and clean hotel. Booked a room for 3 persons but hotel unable to provide another cup in the room as they claimed 1 set consists only 2 cups. Would give 5 stars for service if they are more flexible.

I had to make 2 different bookings for different room type. But just wanted to say again that overall it was a very pleasant stay at a very reasonable price.

Booked 4 rooms for family. Utterly impressed! Clean, human-centric design and services. Details such as self service laundry service to helping guests to navigate various essentials in the city are all well provided and served by the staff with great pride.

We spent a total of 3 nights here. This is one of the most satisfactory hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is so clean and new. The basic facilities are all well equipped. I have stayed in multiple 5 stars hotels and this hotel is definitely comparable to those 5 stars. The location is superb. And the breakfast is so delicious with nicely brewed coffee. The staffs at the lobby are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.
