Ulasan Auckland Airport Kiwi Hotel

5-6kms away from airport. A good resting place for next day flight. Free shuttles every 30 minutes. Food was great too. No lift so you need to carry your heavy luggages to your room when their luggage storage at the lobby is packed.

The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable. I pre-bought Yellow Bus tickets only to find out this hotel has a complimentary trip!

Stayed at AKL Kiwi for a night before early flight to ZQN the next day. Getting to the hotel via shuttle (yellow bus) was straightforward but you need to carry your own bags on/off the bus. Hotel had 2 floors and if your bags are heavy and your room on 2nd floor, there are no elevators . Room-wise it was OK but door knob was quite weirdly placed (I'm 5'10" and had to bend down to insert key into the lock). Quiet location, clean but no elevators.

It's very convenient for travelers who just want to stay for a night near the airport and then continue their journey. Highly recommend!

Clean and tidy accommodation which is well priced. The free yellow bus transport is an added benefit and makes this a great choice for budget friendly travelling.

Front Desk staff member was absolutely the best person for the hotel, she is welcoming helpful and friendly, as a guest I felt very comfortable and grateful for her presence, thank you so much for hospitality, I really enjoyed my stay, it greatly appreciated

The photos for the hotel might need updating abit as it was a little outdated and more run down than the photos suggested. However it did the job for the night and the staff we very lovely. Unfortunately the Netflix on the tv did not work. The free airport transfer was a definite plus.

Very neat and clean hotel , the staff is really friendly and address all the queries promptly.  The only let down was toilet roll Holder was broken when I first entered but somehow I  managed without it.

No lift here, we had to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs, reception said just up one flight of stairs. There was a deodorant under the bed (not ours) and other stuff that I didn’t check out. Holes in the very used towels that were once white now greyish. Restaurant was not welcoming, food not good, staff very unfriendly. Terrible place don’t stay here.

Hubby checked in late due to his flight. Friendly service. Room was very tidy. Love it

Excellent service and conditions. But breakfast is little bit unsatisfying. But overall is good and worth for the price.

I had stayed in the Motel section before and the shower water didn’t drain. I thought I would stay in the Hotel section this time but I found the Wi-Fi signal weak and from early in the morning there was a lot of road traffic noise. Still, it’s a reasonably priced place if you need somewhere to stay over night compared to other places.

It is quite convenient to stay in this hotel as they have a shuttle bus to the airport every hour and the rooms are quite clean!

Great if you need an affordable stay near the airport.Attentive staff .The yellow bus connection worked well. Only criticism was some fittings eg electrical and water needed repairing or replacement
